-Your spacious lakefront home features two luxurious master bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and breathtaking views of the lake. Each has a wall separating a single bed and nursery style chair if you have a little one. Wake up to serene water views and enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony right outside your door
-Downstairs you'll find an entertainment area with a 75 inch tv perfect for hanging out with friends/family and enjoying your favorite beverage
-Upstairs provides a half bath with multiple beds to accommodate your guests, 3 queens and a pullout sofa
-Above the external garage is a great game room with a ping-pong table, foosball, Marvel digital pinball, and Pong VS. arcade game. Hang out in the cushy bean bags and watch your favorite show.
-Outside you'll find the largest hot tub we could find at the store surrounded with plenty of seating for all of your guests.
-The fire pit is a Solo and prevents smoke from following you around while you're hanging out with your friends.
-The dock is a community dock and you will have 1 slip that you are able to use. You are able to swim off the dock or use the complimentary kayaks and paddleboards.
-This unit is the front side of a 2 unit condo style building. This unit is the water facing unit and is totally separated from the other unit.

-Just minutes to downtown Winchester and Twin Creeks Marina
-Jack Daniels, Uncle Nearest, and George Dickel Distilleries are within driving distanced to experience tours and tastings.

You will be able to park at the home and will enter through the community gate. Signs will be posted and you will park on the Unit A marked side for parking.

The home is located in a 5 home community that is very peaceful. Each home has access to the dock and their assigned slip so there may be others swimming or using the dock.

-This unit is the front side of a 2 unit condo style building. This unit is the water facing unit and while in the same building as the second unit, you have your own private space.
-The dock is just in front of the home and is maybe 60-70 yards from the front of the home. You can walk directly to the dock using the paved pathway, there is a dirt path just before you get to the dock. There is also a golf cart you can use to get to the dock if needed, but the distance is very walkable. There is a slight slope as you walk from the home to dock

No parties or events
Dogs are allowed up to 65lbs, $250 pet fee required.
Must be mindful of noise as to not disturb neighbors
Children must be supervised outside at all times and are not allowed in the hot tub without an adult
You will have one assigned dock slip on the community dock. You will only be able to use that specific slip.
