❗ Age Requirement: Minimum age of 23 to book, with a valid driver’s license required at check-in. Guests who do not meet this requirement will be evicted without refund.

🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on the premises. A $500 penalty will be applied if evidence of smoking is found inside the home.

🐾 No Pets Allowed: A $500 fee will apply for unpermitted pets.

🧴 What’s Provided: Linens, towels, dishes, and a starter basket (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, and sponge) are included. Guests will need to bring their own toiletries, trash bags, and additional supplies.

📞 Security: This home has external security cameras for safety purposes.
