The Space:
Step inside and discover a beautifully designed open space featuring a fully equipped kitchen, inviting dining area, a comfy king-size bed with a 50" smart tv for entertainment and a beautiful balcony with a hammock and lounge chairs to enjoy the views. Upstairs, the master bedroom provide a peaceful sanctuary for rest and relaxation, featuring a king-size bed and an amazing private terrace with plunge pool.
Guest Access:
As our guest, you'll have access to all the amenities the condominium has to offer, including sparkling community pools surrounded by lush Mayan jungle and a fitness area. Additionally, enjoy preferred access and special deals at Ahau, Chiringuito & Ether beach clubs by reservation in advance directly with us.
The Neighborhood:
This property is located in the newest residential area in Tulum and the closest to the beach. Región 15 is still under development but Av Kukulcan connects easily the town with the beach stripe. Please note the neighborhood is still developing and not all roads are paved. Just a few minutes away, Tulum’s La Veleta neighborhood offers the best mixture of wellness, cafes, and international flare. Sip a drink at one of the many sidewalk cafes, choose from a variety of international restaurants, and browse the many shops and boutiques. On Calle 7 you will find everything you need at your fingertips. Easy beach access via the newly opened Avenida Kukulcan.
Getting Around:
While staying in this neighborhood of Tulum, we highly recommend renting a bike, scooter or a car for a convenient experience. Tulum is a bike-friendly town with bike paths and bike racks on main avenues, making it an eco-friendly and enjoyable way to get around. If you plan to discover the town and visit the nearby cenotes, a bike or scooter will be your best companion. However, if you're looking to explore destinations beyond Tulum, like Akumal, Valladolid, Bacalar, or other more distant cenotes, renting a car is the most practical option. It gives you the freedom to travel at your own pace and visit these incredible places comfortably.
