The Space:
Welcome to Nauti Gulls, your luxurious coastal retreat in Whalehead. This stunning home is designed to accommodate large groups, offering comfort, style, and endless amenities for an unforgettable stay. As you enter the top level, you'll be greeted by a bright, modern kitchen fully stocked for all your culinary needs, flowing seamlessly into a spacious dining area with enough room to seat 32 guests. The great room, bathed in natural light, is perfect for relaxing, while the dedicated exercise room ensures you can maintain your fitness routine even on vacation. A master king bedroom with an ensuite bath provides a private sanctuary, and a convenient half bath completes this floor. An elevator services all levels, making access easy for everyone.

The mid-level is all about restful slumber and convenience, featuring four master king bedrooms and two master queen bedrooms. A master pyramid bunk room with a trundle bed comfortably sleeps four, making this floor ideal for families and couples alike.

On the lower level, discover even more space to unwind and play. Two additional master bunk rooms, a master queen bedroom, and a master pyramid bunk room with trundle provide flexible sleeping arrangements. Entertainment options abound with a rec room equipped with foosball and a handy kitchenette, as well as a private movie theatre for memorable movie nights. Outside, soak up the sun by the private heated pool (Open April 1st - November 1st, pool heating is available by advance request at $75 per night or $500 per week; if requested, it must be applied for the full duration of your stay and cannot be added for partial dates), relax in the hot tub, or enjoy ocean views from multiple decks. An outdoor shower offers a quick rinse after a day at the beach, and a propane grill is ready for your summer barbecues. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.

Getting Around:
The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.

Other Things to Note:
Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.

Interaction with Guests:
