The Space:

Welcome to Nauti Doonz! If you're looking for a semi-oceanfront beach escape that has been recently updated and is more than enough room for everyone to have their own space, look no further! Each bedroom has its own TV, and every bedroom has access to its own bath, either private or shared. The great room upstairs is open with plenty of natural light, and the dining area can seat your whole group. The kitchen is fully stocked for the chef of your family to plan meals for your whole group. A grill is available outside for family cookouts, while the pool is sparkling and ready for you to take a dip (pool is open April 1st - November 1st and heat is available by advance request $75/night or $500/week). End the night relaxing in one of the two spas before tumbling into bed.

Pool (open April 1st - November 1st) heating is available by advance request at $75 per night or $500 per week; if requested, it must be applied for the full duration of your stay and cannot be added for partial dates.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**Pool will open April 1st and close in early November**

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
