After a day of sightseeing or business meetings, retreat to the master bedroom, where a sumptuous king-sized bed awaits. Sink into this Nectar mattress, knowing that comfort is our top priority. The master bathroom has a standup shower, spacious dual vanity and walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower-tub combo. This bedroom also has a computer monitor and printer for any workspace needs. Both bedrooms are located on the second level of the home.

Step onto the patio and immerse yourself in the soothing waters of the hot tub, enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table, or tell stories around the gas firepit. We have a strict quiet hour policy of 10pm to 8am Friday through Sunday and 9pm to 8am Monday through Thursday.

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera located at the front door and exterior of the garage. These devices do record.

There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.

If the hot tub is not up to standard, let us know and we will gladly send our team over to check the chemicals and levels for your stay. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk.
