- Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Your reservation includes access to exclusive community amenities within St. George Plantation.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events exceeding the maximum guest limit or requiring supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.
