Gorgeous Gulf Front Home, 8 bed/7 bath, Pool, Elevator, and all the amenities!

This 8-bedroom house on Saint George Island is perfect for your escape. Hank's Fiiinest Hour is an amazing beach house in the Plantation, with club access to Pickleball courts, Tennis Courts, Fitness Facilities, & competition sized swimming pools. This Gulf front home features a private pool, 8 bedrooms & 7 full bathrooms, which include 5 King Ensuites. This home can provide a large group with ultimate comfort and privates. Comfortably sleeps 25 in beds.

In addition to the 5 King Master bedrooms w/ensuite bathrooms, there are 2 bunk rooms that will accommodate 13 children. Kids have their own private bathroom also. The 7th full bathroom is located on the 2nd floor and there is an outdoor shower.

4th floor living room can also serve as an 8th bedroom. Has brand new sleeper sofa with queen size bed.

Hotel quality linens for ultimate comfort.

The top floor living room has a wet bar with beverage refrigerator.

Fully stocked gourmet kitchen. In addition to the 8 flat screen TV's, there is a high speed internet, a large selection of books, board games and puzzles available for your indoor entertainment.

Other amenities include two washers and dryers, a pack-n-play, high chair, baby gates, beach towels, beach chairs, chaise lounges, propane grill, charcoal grill, beach toys, fish cleaning table, etc. You will not have the extra costs of renting beach chairs, chaise lounges, umbrellas, beach/pool towels, beach toys, etc.

Floors 2, 3, & 4 all have large covered gulf front porches with expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico. Covered porches are a must for a little respite from our sunny beach days.

This home is completely stocked, which saves you time, money, aggravation and suitcase space.

Bed Sizes: 5 kings, 4 fulls, 5 twins, 1 queen sleeper sofa, 1 crib.

I will start with the positives -- which were numerous -- the house is gorgeous and well appointed. The elevator was a big help -- in arriving and packing up, as well as for more mature guests who had a challenge with the stairs. The location is great -- right on the beach, which is a quick walk away. We received great check-in information and it went off without a hitch. The kitchen facilities were great -- everything we needed was there except for the food. There was a wine/beverage frig in the same area and a mini frig on the top floor in the separate living area.

Family Spring Break

Our family of 13, ages 8-93, had a wonderful week at Hank’s Fiinest Hour. Having rented a number of properties along Florida’s Gulf Coast, this home was definitely the cleanest and provided the most amenities which made our stay comfortable. We had fun watching the dolphins play every morning and evening right from our balcony or stretch of beach! We will definitely be back! Everyone said it was the best vacation!

Great Vacation Rental

Great house ! Updated, clean and lots of room. We especially liked that all masters had big showers in them . We have stayed in a lot of homes w those tiny plastic showers .Beautiful outdoor area w many extras, beach chairs and corn hole . Our family had a restful wonderful time here! We have been coming to SGI for 19 years, this is one of our favorite places we have stayed . Host was attentive and helpful when we had questions. Don’t hesitate to book this house. You will be glad you did!

Family Labor Day Trip

Property was fantastic! Plenty of room for all of our group. Well supplied with modern appliances and all items needed to enjoy the home and the beach! Everything worked and we had no issues with anything. Will definitely book this property again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had our large family stay here for five days. It was a wonderful experience. There were 19 of us (including 7 children) and the home did not feel crowded. We had excellent communication from the property manager. Would definitely recommend. If you’re traveling with small kids, there were great latches on the pool gate for safety. Dishes were mostly glass so we had to get some paper/plastic for ours smaller children. There were plenty of pool and beach toys there, as well as everything you needed for the beach with kids. Overall, just a wonderful experience.

Wonderful Property!!

Beautiful home that is very well stocked with everything you need. We cooked every meal for our family of 15, and had everything we needed to do so. Bunk room with bunk bed alcove was a huge hit with our grandkids!! Masters were spacious and great bathrooms. We had no problems with the stairs, made many trips up and down them through out the week, didn’t use elevator. Made use of the pool frequently, and beach boardwalk was easy to maneuver as well. Plenty of chairs for beach was a great bonus too. Had to contact property manager once over a small issue, super friendly and very responsive. Visited with owner before we got there, and she was great and informative. The best beach home I’ve ever rented, and I have rented plenty over the years in Florida. Can’t say enough about it. Beautiful place and lots of wonderful memories were made at this home!!

Large home great for families

Our family, consisting of 9 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 4 to 16, just completed a week’s stay at M*Ocean to Adjourn. We found the house lovely with plenty of rooms, beds and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen was well appointed with all that anyone would need. We did end up buying 8 hand painted glass wine glasses (it was all we could find on the island) and left them at the house as we found drinking fine wine from plastic wine glasses unacceptable. The pool was welcomed by the kids, and the beach towels and beach chairs were helpful and greatly appreciated. The property manager was responsive and helpful as well. When the internet went out, she responded immediately and had it reset by the vendor as soon as we let her know. Mobile phone service is a bit sketchy but as long as internet was working we were all fine. I would recommend this property for large families and groups! Well worth it.

Great

Other than the neighbors who were fishing complaining when the kids were playing in the ocean the current kept carrying them their direction. I understand their concern, but it is also hard to constantly bring the kids back, made it hard to enjoy swimming for them. Everyone had a great time regardless.

Great location; Beautiful beach

We had 6 families stay for an annual trip - there was plenty of room and loved how each room had its own bathroom. This house is perfect for a large group! Huge table, lots of seating, plenty of chairs for the beach, and the kitchen was well-appointed. Beds and pillows/linens were very comfortable and nice. The house is way back from the entrance, so going out was a long drive, but we didn’t mind. We rented bikes and rode everyday on the awesome bike paths. We had no issues at the house, so we didn’t really have to speak to the property manager. My only negative was that the house walls and bathrooms weren’t pristinely clean. Smudges and drips were evident. But, not a big deal! Great vacation and we had a great time!

Fellowship of Women

11 women stayed for a church retreat. We were very comfortable. Elevator was a challenge, but mastered it by Sunday. Beautiful spot!

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful stay. The location was just as listed! Plenty of beds (just as listed 4 big rooms, and then a large bunk room) The beach was cold, but we didn't mind as we were inside nearly the entire stay as we were attending a women's retreat! We spent time reading, goal planning, and connecting with the beach as the perfect backdrop! Kitchen was great as was coffee bar, we cooked all means in and there was plenty of space to spread out.

Absolutely perfect family vacation!

My family and I found this gorgeous, spacious home to be the perfect setting for our family beach week. The great room and kitchen were large and open and provided plenty of space for our big group to cook and eat and relax. The huge bedrooms and bathrooms were sound-proof and comfortable and made for great sleeping conditions despite noisy kids. The pool was heated and clean, the host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, and we truly hope to return one day!

Relax and Vacation

My family rented M'Ocean 2'Adjourn for a wonderful 10 day vacation in October. The house checked off all the boxes for us: on the ocean/beach with unobstructed views, pool, elevator (my dad is 80 and has trouble with stairs), updated and modern interior, in The Plantation (less people on the beach and access to gym) and came stocked with staples like paper towels, toilet paper, beach towels, beach chairs, grill etc... Our vacation was amazing! Most impressive was the quick/responsive communication I received from Lisa the rental agent. She answered all of our questions before and during our stay via whatever lije of communication I used - email, text and phone call. She replied at night and on the weekends. Lisa made the stay flow seamlessly. My family amd I are already mamomg plans to return next year. Thank you Lisa and M'Ocean 2'Adjourn!

Old lady Beach bums

The house is gorgeous. Thank goodness for the elevator. We had internet and cable issues It was going to be fixed after we left. We could not make calls to families The two bunk rooms could not be used for us older ladies. These two rooms might be good for kids but not us older ladies. It cut out ten beds basically. We had to have two ladies spend the four nights at a friends house a mile or so away. The pool was not clean. I didn’t not know the pool person was supposed to come clean twice. I never saw them. The house was well stocked as we were told which was great. The toilets were not clean. There was Black under the rims but I didn’t say anything. I Am Sure it would have been taken care of. We had the sugar ants in the kitchen and the bug man came out the next day. The table and chairs were great for our meals. Lots of room. There need to be some grab bats in the showers. There was nothing to Hold on to. Would have been helpful there and near the toilets or at least a few of the rooms. There needs to be a handrail on the boardwalk to The beach at least on one side. I was afraid to go to the beach but I was recovering from knee replacement surgery. We thought the decorations and colors of the inside were great. Very beachy themed. Beautiful house

Perfect Large Group Beach Home

This home is beautiful and in a great location within the plantation near the end of the island so it is very secluded. It is soooo well stocked and many extras are provided that are wonderful and convenient touches such as beach towels, chairs, paper goods and cleaning supplies, including shampoo & conditioner and bath and hand soaps in every room. Great size to accommodate large parties - ours was an extended family of 17 adults plus 2 little people and we all felt that we had plenty of space to cook, eat and hang out together. Great owner response time with questions.

1st family trip

This house was absolutely perfect and exactly as described. They literally have everything you need for your stay including spices, kitchen gadgets, plenty of beach towels, shampoo & body wash in every shower, Lysol in every bathroom...just everything! Lisa was PHENOMENAL !!! Always answered text or phone call quickly..we had a few storms while there and she was swift in getting a person there to clean the pool for us within 20 minutes of letting her know. I would defiantly stay again and I highly recommend this home for families with all ages. Thank you so much for making our first full family vacation wonderful!

Beautiful Beach House

We had a great week with 11 adults and 6 kids. This house was perfect and so we’ll stocked with extras like seasonings, shampoo, body wash paper towels, beach chairs, first aid and so many unexpected things.
