Remote work friendly house close to downtown ATX

We are both digital nomad and this is our home whenever we are back to Austin from traveling. Such prime location as it is just minutes away from S Congress Avenue, downtown, Lake Austin, Zilker park, Barton Springs, the airport and yet it’s quiet and peaceful for a goodnight rest. Our location is ideal for all the major festivals, including ACL, SXSW & COTA.

This bright, spacious 2 bedrooms have space for up to four people. Each bedroom features a queen bed and a spacious closet. There’s a dedicated workspace with monitor in the 2nd bedroom. The living has a SMART TV and WiFi internet. The full kitchen comes with a refrigerator, gas stove top, dishwasher, a Keruig coffee machine that also has the ability to make espresso shot with a milk frother for your favorite cappuccino or latte. Coffee and teas are complimentary.

Every element in the house has been tastefully decorated and furnished with love, collected over the years from our traveling journey! We hope you would feel at home in our Austin vacation home. The big living room has a super comfy sectionals (literally the best couch ever!). There’s a sliding door in the primary bedroom that leads out to the patio (it’s our favorite room of the house). Perfect to sip your coffee in the morning or relaxing after a busy sight-seeing in Austin. Note that the outdoor seat cushion is kept in the bedroom closet.

We thrive to keep our space clean and sanitized, to make sure it’s always cozy and comfortable for our guests. There is some cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink and we kindly ask you to remove your shoes at the shoes rack provided in the house before you walk in to the space. We have provided slippers as you enter the space!
