Good location, updates needed

Disappointed there was a musty smell in the kitchen cabinets. Four dying bugs located in different areas. Swivel chair lining on underside was falling apart. Dining room chairs were not comfortable to sit in. Furnishings were basic & updates needed throughout. We enjoyed the patio view.

the condo was very nice, great location. The only downside would be the 10am checkout.

Our multiple requests for a slightly later checkout were not granted. And we were not informed until we asked again on the day before leaving giving us very little time to make arrangements since our departing flight was at 9:30pm. Even with another reservation following, when check in isn’t until 4pm you would think we could have been accommodated. Our only complaint.

We are so sorry we could not accommodate your late check out request, which is free of charge if available. We always strive to grant these requests, but our housekeeping workload in the busiest time of the year doesn't allow as much flexibility in their schedule as we would like sometimes. If a late check-out is necessary, then we do suggest paying for the additional night so you are able to stay as late as you wish. Sincerely, The Quam Properties Team

Better than described

Better than description! Clean, updated, roomy, kitchen was fabulously stocked spices, great selection of dishes and drink ware, pots/pans utensils , including tea pot and rice maker and storage containers. Absolutely will stay in this unit again!! Pool right across from unit and very private, property is just beautiful. We watched the sunset from the 3rd fairway a barefoot walk from the lanea. Three beaches are an easy walk .4 miles, but there are public parking if your not inclined to walk. Best snorkeling and golf on the island and great food right around you. Truly paradise.

Great place to stay in Kapalua

We love Kapalua and have stayed at a few different villas. This one by far exceeded all of our expectations. We would definitely stay there again. Looking forward to our next trip to Maui.

Kapalua Ridge across hole 9

First time staying in Kapalua, just soo relaxing and quiet!! Near hole 9 with ocean view, pool right across the street!! Views everywhere were soo beautiful!! The unit was clean and updated. Loved the huge TV could see it from the kitchen because of mirrors!! Outdoors with nice tables and chairs and 2 lounge chairs!! Hope to come back!!

Gorgeous Kapalua Retreat

Bigger, better and more beautiful than expected. It was amazing being away from the hustle and bustle of the busier locations in Maui. The condo was so spacious we could leave the couch in bed mode and had TONS of living space. The golf course and grounds were impeccable. The ocean view. The sunsets. Relaxing on the lanai. Walkable to THREE bays with 2 kids. My only star deduction was because I didn’t receive the check in info prior to arrival so it was a bit stressful, however I managed to find the security info who helped me find the right person who responded via text with the code with in minutes. Everything was so clean. All the kitchen supplies we could need were present. Can’t say enough good things. This place was top notch.

Great spot!

It’s a unit in the Ridge condos in the Kapalua area. This one has been updated as you can see in the pictures which is a big plus as some of the other units have not been updated. It also has A/C. You’re on the ground floor but you still have a great view with a little ocean and great for sunsets. Across the street from a pool and a 15 min walk to Kapalua Bay. But watch out, it’s uphill on the way back! Only complaint is the A/C in the bedroom can be a little noisy while you’re sleeping.

Wheelchair Accessible

A great unit for my Parent's as it was totally wheelchair accessible. Hard to find in the Ridge Villas. However, It was somewhat difficult to get down onto the main road with the wheelchair as the path up/down was quite steep. Backed onto the golf course, lovely green space and the pool was directly across the unit. The unit could use some updating especially the Kitchen and Bathrooms. The kitchen was pretty well equipped with dishes for cooking...and even a tea pot! Rare! Beach chairs, pool accessories and a few related items would've been nice to have. The property manager was great to deal with. Her response was prompt and she did her best to get us as late a checkout as possible as our flight out didn't leave until 10:40 pm .

Great stay

My husband and I loved this condo. It had a great view and was very quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed. We spent most of our time on the lanai.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
2. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
3. For a cancellation notice received more than 14 days before the check-in date, a refund will not be issued, other than the departure cleaning fee.
4. This loss can be avoided if Travel Protection Insurance was purchased, and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing.
5. Owner/Agent Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that the Property becomes unavailable for any part of the tenancy, Owner/Agent reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Such reasons may include, but will not be limited to, unforeseen repairs, service, maintenance, or any other reason the Owner/Agent deems necessary. Owner and/or Agent may cancel this Agreement and refund in full to the Guest all payments made. The agent will assist in procuring similar alternative accommodation should this situation arise. Guest agrees that any claims against Owner/Agent arising out of performance or non-performance under this agreement shall be limited to a full refund of all consideration previously tendered by Guest.
