Decent place

The Bay Villas are condos adjacent to the Montage with direct access to the Kapalua Coastal trail. The location is lovely but there’s no reserved parking, so you’re competing with others to get a spot near-ish to the unit. This one is upstairs so there’s a walkway from the parking and has a balcony. We had a few problems, the microwave not working & the AC in the master making noise. Both were addressed quickly. That & the dodgy looking cooking pans made the place feel like it was not often invested in. We enjoyed ourselves well enough.

Really nice property

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean. Wonderful views. The A/C was perfect. Very functional kitchen. The couch isn’t the kind you sink into and fall asleep, but it was a very comfortable form of firm. Greatly enjoyed meals on the covered deck, and the community pool is super nice. Great walks all around. Walk to the best beach on Maui and a super fun restaurant (Merriman’s). Highly recommend.

Beautiful and comfortable condo

We had a very comfortable stay at this condo …. The only negative is the bedroom carpet should be replaced and the table on the deck. Other than that … top notch!

Beautiful views, prefect home base

We were so pleasantly surprised with this VRBO hosted by Quam Properties. This is a very spacious condo with stunning views of the ocean and Molokai. The community is gated and parking is very easy. This beautiful condo has a full kitchen with everything you need. The condo was extremely clean and well maintained with nice decor. We 100% recommend and hope to stay again. There are several pools on property that have BBQs but no hot tub that we saw. The Quam team, responded quickly to questions from the VRBO website and will also recommend and help book excursions. Some extras that we found included on the Lanai were 4 beach towels, 2 foldable backpack style beach chairs, a cooler, 2 snorkeling sets, 2 pool noodles, Childers play bucket and shovel. The Villas at right between The Montage and The Ritz Carlton and the Villas fit right in with their beautiful landscaping and amazing views. The Montage Spa is just a few hundred yards from your front door (just saying). Not to mention the food near by, we ate at The Montage’s Cane and Canoe for breakfast twice and enjoyed Mai Tais down by Kapalua beach from their beach front bar. Kapalua beach is just about 0.5 mile walk down in front of the Montage. We took our snorkeling Gear down the the beach, we saw many colorful fish and 2 sea turtles and beautiful sunsets from Kapalua Beach. Not much shade here, but calm waters! Food worth noting, Merimans (need a reservation, but I joined the waitlist 3 days before and got an email day off with many times), Sensai Sushi, again probably best with reservations, but we showed at 5 and walked right in, great service and diverse menu. AA Roots by the Nepali Market had tummy vegetarian and vegan food. The Coffee Store next to the Nepali Market has excellent cold brew and Mac Nut Banana Muffins. Definitely check out the Nepali Farmers Market on Wednesday and Saturday, we got lots of fresh produce as well as hummus and veggie shawarma! DT Fleming beach is just 2 minutes up the road and has bigger waves good for boogie boarding, the beach also has ample shade and a life guard. There are no rocks on the beach just 1/2 mile of white sand. We think we can also walk to the beach from the Condo but we didn’t try. Honolua Bay has excellent snorkeling and is just minutes up the road. Take the 1/4 mile path through the beautiful jungle, this beach is all rocks, but if you come on a calm day the waters are crystal clear.

Absolutely amazing!

This place is just perfect in all aspects: 1. Very clean and looks like new 2. Well equipped - We prefer cooking ourselves and the kitchen is excellent) 3. Excellent location - The complex itself is right on an great cliff with a very nice trail and it's walking distance from DT Fleming beach, which is the best beach in out opinion 4. Complex is gated which provide a great sense of safety All in all, this place was just perfect for our family and we'll surely be back in our next opportunity we have to visit Maui. Mahalo to the owner!

Beautiful 1B Villa

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Kitchen had everything we need, AC was great to have, and the neighborhood was a quiet relaxing environment. The property managers answer my calls on the first few rings anytime I had a question and were very easy to work with.

absolutely amazing! you open the door and immediately see the views! the bed was very comfortable and we loved using the bbq by the pool and then eating on the terrace! The washing machine was a very nice convenience! Can't wait to return!!

Wonderful view

This house had a fabulous view-almost looked like the ocean was in the living room. Short walk to the beach though it is 129 steps down! Good exercise!Great pool with another wonderful view of the ocean. The living kitchen dining area as well as the lanai were spacious and well appointed. The bedroom was right on the road so it was difficult to keep the blinds open and it was dark. Also the air conditioner leaked and the bedroom rug was wet. Overall I would highly recommend!

Marvelous in Maui

We loved this condo fir the amazing views, it’s cleanliness and comfort, and less crowded feeling than the other places we’ve stayed in Maui. The beach is the best one we found! Probably not the most ideal for small children as the pool is deep and not really designed with children in mind- the grounds are hilly, lots of stairs. There are beautiful walking trails, great restaurants near by, and quiet and peaceful.

Lovely views

What a lovely condo with spectacular views of the ocean. Everything was clean and tidy when we got there. There is a guest book with all the information you need another the condo. Very easy to get in and out of and on a wonderful area if the island. Only complaint was the AC in living room area wasn't very powerful but luckily there are a lot of windows to open so there was a good breeze going through. The AC in the bedroom worked great though. Very comfortable bed as well. Would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful home in Kaplua

Two weeks of rest and relaxation in Kapalua, using this property as home base. The condo was extremely clean with all the necessities (and then some). A 5 to 15 minute walk to two world class beaches. A 5 minute drive to some of the best snorkelling in Maui. Nice pools. Overall, a great place to stay.

We stayed for a week of spring break with our two year old. The condo was spotless and very updated. Our extended family was scattered around the bay villas and we definitely scored with the nicest. All the appliances are in good working order, beach chairs and umbrellas available, a well stocked kitchen and best of all - an amazing view. We enjoyed starting and ending the day watching the whales. Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible experience

This condo is perfect! It is completely updated, has incredible views and includes thoughtful touches like beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler. The management company provides a helpful check in e-mail well in advance of the date of arrival. We will definitely return!

Kapalua is all you have to say!

We have stayed at several of the Bay Villa units over the years and this one was our favorite to date. It has been undated and is in excellent condition, we especially liked the large spacious bathroom. Everything about the unit was very nice and top-notch. One of the things I like about it best was that is it on the street level, meaning that we could roll out luggage directly into the unit instead of fighting the stairs as you have to do on all the non-street level units. An important positive as we do not travel light! Overall a great unit that we would certainly return to again. My wife and I first saw Kapalau Bay in 1974 before any development was started. We love to come back and will again. Kapalua is "no ka oui" I think that's how you spell it, anyway "the best!"

Excellent villa. Everything that you need was there. Perfect condition. Unbelievable views. Close proximity to some of the best beaches in Maui- Napili beach and Kapalua beach. Very nice property, with good pools, barbecue areas, close to everything Kapalua has to offer. Easy check in and out. Looking forward to return some time next year...

Perfect place for 2 people. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of amenities - nicely stocked kitchen, lots of towels, boogie board , beach umbrella. Great views. Convenient location for golf & beach. Staff is very helpful. We have already booked our return stay for 2017 :)

Paradise

What a wonderful place to vacation. Golf, hike, tennis and swim, all right here. Lots of eateries nearby and a shuttle to drive you in the Kapalua area. There are three pools, all with bar-b-que facilities. Condo has dining table and seating for 6. Kitchen is extremely well equipped. All linens and beach towels are furnished with a very big bath. Seating is plentiful and so are the gorgeous Views from the living areas. I highly recommend this condo.
