Custom remodeled 1500 sf 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment (functions as 4 BR with a queen bed in the family room) occupying the entire north portion of this 5800 sf house in hacienda Heights. Space is decorated to the exacting standards of the owners as their hacienda with extensive use of wood and international tile giving this Spanish home a classical elegance. Decorated beautifully with both Spanish and Chinese design features.

Make everyone feel relaxed and comfortable.
Includes Everything you need to enjoy your stay.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, deluxe range, electric hot water kettle. The large smart refrigerator makes instant filtered water in a pitcher and 2 sizes of ice.
- There is a 86 inch smart TV in the oversized family room with large sofa and desk. There are also desks in the bedrooms so ample work space. In the kitchen, the smart refrigerator is WiFi enabled screen where you can watch YouTube or surf the web. The master BR has a king size bed and an en suite full bathroom. There is a second full bathroom off the hallway.

-Hair dryer
- Parking: You have your own gate entrance and own driveway that comfortably accommodates 4 cars or trucks.
This location provides a perfect place to land. If you are visiting APU, Citrus College, Cal Poly.
or Fairplex, all of these places are only 20 minutes away.
For recreation, we are about 30 minutes from Disneyland, Chinatown, Universal Studio, Beverly and Hollywood.
Convenient living, 5 minutes out the door to a variety of stores and plazas.
Convenient transportation, 3 minutes drive to the highway.

-No parties and events allowed.
-Quiet hours: 9:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m.
-No smoking and no marijuana
-Please do not throw feminine products other than tissues, baby wipes down the toilet.
-Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. If you need to extend the time, please consult with customer service.
-Pets are not allowed.

Nice home, small improvements needed

Our family (two parents, two grandparents, 12 yr old, and 6 yr old) had a good stay at this home. It was as described in the photos. The kitchen is VERY nice.We had a few issues with the stay. Host provided the wrong passcode for the lockbox, had to reach out to get the correct code (had forgotten they had changed it)A few days in one of the beds broke. It was handled, but host was slow to reply on the first day it happened, so we had to rearrange sleeping for one night until it was fixed. And then the hot water stopped working. It happened two days before we left, and we were able to restart it, but then it quit working again the next day (at that point we were leaving that day so no chance for the host to fix it for us). So we had two days of cold water. Host was kind, but it felt like they were kind of new to hosting. But overall the space was comfortable, and reasonably located (if you have a car) from Disney, Universal and other local attractions.

“This property was a crucible of psychological discomfort and ethical breach. What began as a routine rental devolved into a disturbing tableau of surveillance, intimidation, and boundary violations. The host’s conduct was not merely unprofessional — it was coercive, erratic, and deeply invasive. I experienced unsolicited entry, verbal & physical aggression, and a persistent disregard for personal autonomy. The environment was antithetical to safety and repose. I felt like a trespasser in a space I had legally secured in the beginning & being forced to cancel so I can pay in cash. This wasn’t hospitality — it was a hostile occupation. I’ve since escalated the matter to appropriate authorities and platforms. I urge future guests to exercise extreme caution. No traveler should be subjected to this kind of psychological duress under the guise of short-term lodging.”
