What a beautiful townhome. Very clean everything you need. Property in October was very quiet and relaxing. We used the boat slip and it worked out great for our fishing tournament. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful stay at this very clean and well stocked townhouse. Beautiful lake views, quiet location and plenty of space. Pictures were accurate. Would definitely stay here again.

The view and accommodations were excellent. Unfortunately the HVAC went out the day we arrived and they promptly found someone on a Friday afternoon to come temporarily fix it. As we left Sunday the repairman returned to put in brand new inside and outside units. We had a hot arrival and departure but nothing of owners fault. The “in between” worked which was most important. Great place on Smith Mountain Lake!

Very nice place with everything you need! Lake access is close, and the pictures are very accurate of the house! The host was responsive on emails and she left a play by play of restaurants, boat rentals and stuff to do!

Townhouse on the lake

Well-appointed townhouse with good lake access. The house is very comfortable and well-stocked. Seating by the lake is peaceful and plentiful. The owners are very responsive to questions/concerns.

This is a wonderful property in a great location. The boat dock was terrific. The owners have paid particular attention to detail. The kitchen is fully stocked. We really enjoyed the Pac-Man game console. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Townhouse!

Great townhouse! Lots of space! Nice and clean! Great amenities! The boat dock and slip made it so easy to be on the water all weekend! Townhouses were so quiet! No problems at all! Great weekend.

Great house, great hosts

Couldn’t be happier with our stay. There were two of us in town to fish. The house is beautiful and well-appointed. The beds are so comfortable. Honestly don’t know the last time I slept that well. My buddy who stayed there said the same. Having the dock/electric was great. Everything was very nice. Jackie and Eric are both super friendly and helpful. The binder they put together is impressive and helpful. Great location. 10 minutes from the grocery store and some excellent test. No question we’ll be back! A

Great Spot

Even with not so great weather, this was a great spot to get away for a long weekend. Great views and comfortable accommodations. Will definitely try and stay again when coming to the area.

Getaway weekend

We had a relaxing weekend! The townhouse is in a great location on the lake. It was close to restaurants and stores. We spent most of the time sitting on porch overlooking the lake. The townhouse was exactly as described. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was great!! Beautiful sunrises!

Beautiful Lake Retreat

This was our first stay at SML, and this property was absolutely amazing. The house is very well maintained and decorated. The views are spectacular on all three levels. The communication was great from start to finish. They are close to several great restaurants and conveniently located near two grocery stores. Great location, great house and overall great experience. Highly recommended!

This townhome has an amazing view, safe and quiet neighborhood, and has the best location. This townhome offers boat slip and dock access just steps out of the back door.

Being on the west side of Smith Mountain Lake off the main channel means you’re just minutes from tons of amenities- shops, beach/parks, restaurants, events and attractions!

Jackie & Eric offer a clean, fun, and well supplied townhome rental for a home-away-from-home feeling. The home is family friendly with Pack-n-play, baby/toddler utensils, and a high chair. Dog-owners can feel at home as well with a pet-friendly environment with spare doggy bowls, leash, and even some small treats!

There are life jackets available to borrow for all ages and sizes. Also included are fun floats, water toys and dock chairs for the whole family to use during your stay. The house offers an amazing view from the two back decks and relaxing outdoor seating to watch the water or sunset.
