This newly renovated home offers reasonable transportation timing to downtown and/or airport in approximately 15-20 minutes and more! Very peaceful & quiet neighborhood with a park and the beach steps away from your door. Kayaking station is public towards the water & a bike path is nearby. 9 TV's throughout the house with each bedroom providing a view of the water, including kitchen etc... Huge deck & plenty of parking. Modern technology & comfy furniture is provided for your families to stay
The space
My residence provides a lot of amenities such as, an air fryer, a blender, a coffee maker, a microwave, cookware, cooking utensils, dishes, your everyday use of spices, modern appliances, and outdoor dining. Breakfast supplies are offered in your stay to enhance your morning energy. This home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 5 beds (1 king, 2 queen, 1 full & a twin (part of the trundle bed set)).

Every room in the house has its own lit up LED lighting wall-mounted Smart TV to make your experience more enjoyable. The sunroom has two 40 inch TVs, the living room has 3 TVs with the main two on top of the fireplace and the one mounted above the glass table being 65 inch. The wall mounted TV in the trundle bed room is the 55 inch. The one in the first floor bedroom is 43 inches. Moving upstairs, there is a 50 inch wall-mounted TV in the kitchen area. The 2nd bedroom upstairs has a 32 inch and the master bedroom on the same floor has a 40 inch. These TV’s all offer Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN, news channels, and more so please feel free to use any of your desired platforms and sign into your account.

Cigarette or cannabis smoking inside will result in a $100–200 fine per room. After your visit, if cigarettes are discovered anywhere on the property (except from the outdoor garbage can), there will be a clean-up cost of $100–$400. If you damage anything on the property or if something is missing from the property, you will be responsible for it and additional charges will get added on after you check out. Observe the house and everything in it and treat it like your own, I’d appreciate it.

PS: All of the furniture on the first floor is brand new, most of the furniture on the 2nd floor is new so any damage to any piece of the furniture will cost you up to $1,250.
