Spend your days poolside, soak in the hot tub, or unwind beneath the tiki bar with a drink in hand. Thoughtfully designed spaces and inviting nooks throughout offer the perfect spots to kick back and soak it all in. Plus, you’ll be walking distance to popular bars, restaurants, and shopping!

The backyard is an absolute showstopper. We’ve got games, selfie walls, sun loungers, fire tables, ping pong, connect 4, ladder toss, and cornhole. When the sun goes down, the whole space lights up with magical LED lighting. It’s pure vacation mode.

The inside is just as warm and inviting. The living room overlooks the pool and features a Smart TV with streaming apps—ideal for movie nights or watching the big game. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for home chefs or casual snackers alike, complete with a smart fridge, breakfast bar, and stunning marble dining table.

When it’s time to crash, the main house has four cozy bedrooms:

Tucked away from the main house with its own entrance, the guest suite features a king bed, sofa bed, deluxe kitchenette, full bath, dining table, and sliding door to the backyard—perfect for anyone needing extra space and privacy.

You’ll have the entire estate to yourself, including the backyard and guest studio.

Other things to note:

• We take cleanliness seriously! Our team follows enhanced cleaning procedures between each stay, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces.
• The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round
• This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
• Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150/day. There is a 2-day minimum charge for pool heating. Pricing is based on current SDGE natural gas rates. Spa heating is always free.
• Pool toys and floaties shown in the photos are for staging purposes only and are not guaranteed to be available during your stay. However, guests occasionally leave behind floaties they’ve purchased, and when they do, we keep them at the property—so there are often some available for use.
• If you are bringing a pet, a non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added to the reservation and covers up to 2 dogs.
• Hosting more than 14 guests? Each additional guest will incur an extra $50 per night.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead of time and is subject to additional fees and availability.
