Generaciones de una familia de agricultores han disfrutado de este retiro de verano para todas las edades. Con 6 dormitorios y 4 baños completos, todos se sientan cómodos. Dos zonas de estar / TV separadas hacen que sea agradable cuando los niños quieren ver a su propio video. Un gran comedor ofrece espacio para comidas familiares y la enorme terraza privada frente al mar, ofrece las mejores vistas sobre la playa, desde meciéndose bajo el porche cubierto o descansar bajo el sol la captura de los rayos. Un refrigerador extra en la planta baja es útil para mantener las verduras frescas o mariscos del agricultor local y los mercados de pescado. Family Friendly Vacation Home

High Cotton rental is great for a family with a beachfront location. With the use of beach chairs, sand toys and a canopy, there is no need to bring your own. It was very convenient to have two additional showers and a half bath in the basement. The rental was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen even with spices. The host was very responsive. The wifi worked great for those needing to work. Parking was not an issue for four vehicles. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this vacation home again.

Wonderful vacation house and host

Our entire family enjoyed our time at Atlantic Beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation rental or host. Andy made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us suggestions on places to go and restaurants to visit. The rental was clean and well stocked with everything we could have needed for our time at the beach. We paid extra to ensure we had linens, but the house was fully stocked in the kitchen as well. The basement was also stocked with chairs for the beach and sand toys. We will absolutely be back!

Couldn’t Ask for Better

This gem of a house comfortably housed our family for a week of beach bliss. We danced on the porch, grilled the best food and read our books in the magical hammock. Thank you Andy and Mitzi for your hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Atlantic Beach Oceanfront House

The owners are great! Communicated quickly, answering any questions we had— even provided great recommendations on restaurants and local attractions. The house was well furnished and very clean. The house had everything provided that you’d need for a great beach vacation— beach chairs, paddle board, sand toys, gas grill, and even provided toilet paper and paper towels.

Great location and view. House is well-equipped and nicely furnished. .

Classic beach house with modern amenities. Plenty of room for a family. AC worked great on hot days. WI-FI worked well for those who are "working from home". ROKU TV worked well with lots of options. Porch offers terrific ocean views. lots of beach toys and chairs. This location on the beach was active but not too crowded. House is walking distance to Shark Shack, a fun local seafood eatery. Our host was in touch with us, helpful and responsive to questions. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect Family House

This was the perfect beach house for a family with two toddlers. It was homey, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The house was equipped with things to do for the kids and adults inside the house and outside on the beach. The deck and the rocking chairs were perfect for hanging out and kids were contained with the gate. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and restaurants, grocery stores, and kids activities are all so close. I cannot say enough great things about this house. The owner was available during our stay to answer questions and make sure we had what we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Week at High Cotton Cottage

Our family had an amazing week staying at the charming High Cotton Cottage. The view of the ocean from the porch and deck was spectacular. We spent a lot of time there both day and night. The bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. The basement den was used by the guys and the kids to watch movies. We had a great time cooking each night in the kitchen. There were plenty of beach chairs and toys to use along with the ones we brought. The owners, Andy and Mitzi, were delightful and communicated before and during the trip to make sure all was well. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Getaway!

This was a great house. It is the quietest house I've ever experienced. In the evenings, the adults could talk downstairs without worrying about waking the kids. The house had everything we needed--every tool we needed in the kitchen plus beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The large deck was lovely in the evenings and the owner was wonderful to work with. We would certainly return in the future!

Like Heaven!

Wonderful cottage!!!

We came for a week in June after our children got out of school and had a delightful stay at High Cotton Cottage. We LOVED the large deck- it was truly like having another living area. But we also enjoyed having the separate living area for the kids to have to watch movies on our one rainy day. The bedrooms are spacious! We felt so welcomed in this family cottage. We appreciated being able to walk right down to the beach right in front of our cottage. My husband enjoyed his daily nap in the hammock under the porch- nice get away. We visited the aquarium one day which is not far and had a great time exploring the Beaufort waterfront shops and restaurants. We will DEFINTELY return next summer.

Wonderful vacation cottage

My husband and I, our grown sons and their families and some family from Illinois enjoyed a fabulous week at High Cotton Cottage. The home offers beautiful views, comfortable beds and furniture. We are already planning our return trip next year. We especially loved the huge deck with the rockers, grill and exceptional ocean breezes. Life doesn't get any better!

Wonderful cottage, shared for generations by an eastern NC family. This the place to retreat and play board games with the kids, float in the ocean, build a sandcastle, play a few rounds of golf, go for a long walk on the miles of beach, take in the historic sites or aquarium or enjoy a gourmet meal. You can do it all or you can relax in the hammock and do nothing. With wireless internet, you can conduct business in your bathing suit!

This is a great stretch of beach - beautiful dunes shield the private deck. The beach is wide and the sand is perfect for walking or shelling. We are in a quiet family area but close enough to walk to some shops, restaurants, and bars if you wish. You will quickly see we have the best deck on the beach, offering both shaded and open areas and enough room to share in the fun. There is a reason why everyone comes to our house to watch the July 4th fireworks - best deck on the beach!

Bedrooms are quiet and closed off for privacy, yet two living/den areas for gathering family or friends. Wireless internet and a desktop computer available. Two full size refrigerators and large capacity washer and dryer. Basement showers or outside shower for washing off sand directly from the beach. Plenty of parking.
