At the end of long days, there’s no better place to unwind than the homes spacious, outdoor deck while enjoying a meal al fresco or an evening cocktail under the stars. The private, bubbling hot tub is waiting to help ease the rest of your troubles away, the perfect end to another day in paradise.



The home’s inviting interior showcases sweeping wood-trimmed ceilings with exposed beams, tall picture windows flooding the space in abundant natural light, and contemporary furnishings that blend perfectly with sophisticated décor. The bench-style dining table can seat 6 for formal meals together while 3 stools at the counter offer a venue for more quick and casual bites.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a futon in the office.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



The home also includes a half bathroom as well as additional full guest bathroom with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles with overflow parking at a nearby lot. Parking passes are required and will be provided upon check-in.

• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.



The Sea Ranch is a planned community with over 3,000 acres featuring: The Historic Sea Ranch Chapel, The Sea Ranch lodge (restaurant and shopping), a 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points, and three recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary with each center) for guest use. The Sea Ranch facility reservations for pool and tennis are available on the Sea Ranch Association website, while trails and beaches are open.
