Million dollar unobstructed gulf views from this unit await your arrival at the recently renovated Tradewinds of Marco, a secured entry property. Enjoy the warm sands, turquoise waters, and sunsets that leave you breathless. Marco Island is located in Southwest Florida and this tropical paradise makes the ideal setting for family gatherings, romantic getaways, weddings, meetings, or for anyone who’s always dreamed of walking along miles of sun-washed white sand beaches.
This 5th floor 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom condo features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter area perfect for entertaining, dining area with seating for four, comfortable living area with large HD TV that leads to an oversized balcony which is protected by hurricane / storm impact glass doors. The primary and secondary bedrooms are ensuite with HD TV's and dual walk in closets. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the secondary has two new twin XL beds which sleeps 4 comfortably. You can access the large exterior balcony from each room which allows for private direct gulf views of Tigertail and Crescent Beach with amazing evening sunsets. Dual slider locking includes an elevated latch lock out of the reach of small children. Free high speed Wifi and premium cable TV will keep you in touch with the world. A desk area provides a productive workspace with endless Gulf views. The unit is equipped with comfort amenities such as central air & heating with unit thermostat for comfort adjustment and ceiling fans in each room. Sufficient linens & towels are provided. A starter set that includes bathroom toiletries, kitchen dish liquid, dishwasher pods, paper towels and toilet paper are provided as well. Our storage locker is located on the same floor as our unit and includes all of the beach essentials (beach chairs, umbrellas, beach tent, beach cart, cooler, sand toys & shelling bucket with net) needed for a relaxing day. Our direct private beach access located in the rear of our building puts you on the beach within minutes. Leave the car parked or at home as our famous Island food venues and shops are within a short one block distance.
Building amenities include a new (2025) large, gated heated pool with outdoor shower and comfortable loungers / tables with large umbrellas. Our social room is equipped with a full kitchen and is accessible from pool area which also includes two new pool bathrooms. The comfortable lobby has new couches and chairs. Our library includes books and board games with easy access to our pool. Multiple Weber grills, loungers and tables with umbrellas line our tiki hut area adjacent to the pool. Wash your vehicle at one of two vehicle wash stations. The unit includes a covered parking space on the second row close to the building entrance with plenty of additional guest parking. Tradewinds also offers concierge service which will assist you with any requests during your stay. This property is managed by the owner and requires a condo application ($150 one time non-refundable application fee to the HOA).
