Perfect location/great property management

The location was ideal for our large family. The house isnt very big, but just the right size. It is somewhat secluded so we didnt have to worry about shushing kids playing too early or too late and making too much noise. It conveniently located close to almost anything you may need during your stay. Property manager Aslan, was very pleasant , accommodating and responsive. We will definitely be back. My only recommendation to owners would be to provide chlorine to guests for the hot tub and leaving some handouts with hike locations/things to do. I would definitely be recommending this place to other friends. We had an awesome time!

We selected this placed because it was a central location for our family to meet but also it was reasonable price. When our family arrived, we realize why it was a reasonable price place. I did like the location of the house, but the house itself could use a nice renovation/upgrades. We had issues with the dryer not working properly. There was a picnic table and chairs to used outside, but 2 out of the 4 chairs were broken and one bench was missing from the picnic table. The household amenities like cookware and furniture were in very poor to fair condition. I went use a steak knife and it had rust spots on it. The biggest 2 issues I had was the bear that came into garbage almost every night and septic leach field run off. I understand we are in the mountains and wild life is around but do something a little more bear proof for the garbage cans. There is a swing set for the little kids to play on, but then again septic leach field water run off went towards the swing set but also in the driveway. We also had issues with the hot tub. It was good for our family to meet up and we did make some memories, but I would not rent this house again.

Awesome house, awesome renter

Had an great stay at this house from August 3rd to 5th 2018. From the beginning, the owner of the house was so easy to work with. While we were there, he was quick to text me back to answer any questions or concerns i had. The house itself is really nice. It is spacious and modern, with newer appliances that made food prep a breeze. The main tv is big and there is plenty of seating on the comfortable couches. The bedrooms are also very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Overall, the house is just like a place you would like to live in; clean and comfortable with some cool amenities!

Our group had a wonderful time at Aslan's Pocono House. The private location, coupled with the convenience of the location, made for a perfect weekend get away. Aslan was a very communicative host, who made our stay very comfortable. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Poconos.

Great place for family gatherings

Great family time in this beautiful home

My family and friends have rented this beautiful home for the New Year celebration. The house is as described and is even better in better than it is on pictures. We had a few small children with us and we were happy to see a nicely setup Christmas tree (kids loved it). Property is very specious, indoors and outdoors. We enjoyed spending the time during a winter season, beautiful nature that was covered by snow. We will be renting again during the summer to enjoy great activities during the warm weather.

Exceptional Service!

Aslan is a great host with excellent customer service. He typically replies within minutes. He made every effort to make us feel comfortable in his house. House is great overall with hardwood floors all through first and second floor. Kitchen is upgraded with latest appliances. We enjoyed our stay in this quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Peaceful morning walks are awesome around this area.

Fantastic

I rented Aslan's home for the weekend for a large family get together and it was a great experience throughout. As a host, Aslan was terrific. He was very responsive and definitely tries to accommodate in any way he can. (In fact, we left some belongings at the home and Aslan was kind enough to bring it back to us!) The home itself is just as described and looked newly renovated when we stayed. We spent the majority of the weekend out of the home but it was a cozy fit with a big group of 15. The grill out back was a great addition for a nice summer weekend and the fridge with wifi linked to pandora was a surprising treat. All in all, it was a great weekend with family and a great experience renting with Aslan. I highly recommend the home and would definitely consider his home again.

Everything you could ever need

It was a great place to spend with my friends and family during the July 4th weekend. The house itself is very spacious, clean and is very nicely maintained by the owner. We were a group of 17 people and the space was very comfortable for such a big group. The house is located in a great location with access to various activities close by. The owner Aslan was very friendly and went over and beyond to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as it could be. The kids enjoyed their time in the house and were kept engaged with the pool table in the basement. The entire group returned back home very satisfied with the stay. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking to spend quality time with family or friends away from home in the midst of nature. We will be surely coming back again!

Well kept home let us enjoy our stay and not worry about the little things. Above all, every room clean and updated. Quality MATCHING furniture throughout, letting you know it wasn't trash-picked and put in someone's vacation house. Layout allowed adults and kids to be together but have space to do their own thing. Close to all activities, yet roomy enough to just hang out. Our group has been renting in the Poconos for years, and we all agree this was the most comfortable house yet.

Great little getaway!

It was a nice weekend getaway for my friends and I. This home is very spacious and perfect for large groups of people, and it has a large outdoor space with no surrounding neighbors, where you can enjoy the essence of nature in your own privacy. The space is really modern and everything is new and functional, as well as being very clean and tidy. The owner is very friendly, accommodating, and easy to contact. There are plenty of activities to do close by; we had a great time going karting, spending time on the lake, taking a trip to the casino, and we even stopped by the outlets. We felt very comfortable with our stay, and would definitely recommend this home to anyone who is looking to spend some time in the nature, far away from the hectic city. We will surely be coming back in the future!

Beautiful house.

Decided to get away for a couple of days with family and friends. The house is newly renovated, absolutely beautiful and very cozy. The location of the house is very private and has a lot of space outdoors. We enjoyed the stay and felt like we were home. The manager was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We will definitely come back again and recomemend to anybody who wants to enjoy their vacation.
