Hayden Lake Tiny House • Private Beach + Hot Tub

Welcome to The Eaglet, a one-of-a-kind tiny house retreat on beautiful Hayden Lake. With soaring 18-foot ceilings, huge windows, skylights and gorgeous lake views, this thoughtfully designed 360-square-foot home feels anything but tiny.

Step outside and your Hayden Lake getaway begins. Relax on our private sandy beach, explore Hayden Lake with the included kayaks and paddleboards, soak in the private 5-person hot tub overlooking the water, or gather around the fire pit after a day on the lake.

**The Space**

At just 360 square feet, The Eaglet is tiny by design—but soaring 18-foot ceilings, skylights and oversized windows overlooking Hayden Lake make it feel surprisingly open, bright and airy.

The main living space combines everything you need for a comfortable lake getaway with incredible views just outside your windows. You'll have air conditioning for warm summer days and a projector for cozy movie nights after the sun goes down.

Sleeping

The Eaglet sleeps up to five with three separate sleeping spaces:

Main-level bedroom: Queen bed
Loft: Full bed
Loft: Twin XL bed

The queen bedroom is located on the main level, so you don't need to climb into a loft to reach the primary sleeping space.

Please note that the lofts have minimal railings and may not be appropriate for small children.

Kitchen

The compact but well-equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, 2-burner induction cooktop, microwave/oven/air-fryer combo and drip coffee maker—everything you need for easy meals at the lake. And if our hens are laying, you're welcome to gather fresh eggs from the coop for breakfast.

Outdoor living

This is where The Eaglet really shines.

Step onto your private deck overlooking Hayden Lake and unwind in the 5-person hot tub reserved exclusively for Eaglet guests.

Head down to the sandy beach for a swim or grab one of the included kayaks or paddleboards and explore Hayden Lake. In the evening, come back to the deck for a soak under the stars or gather around the wood-burning fire pit.

Morning coffee overlooking the lake. Afternoons on the water. Hot-tub evenings under the stars.

It's a lot of vacation packed into one very tiny house.


**A few things to know before you book**

We want you to know exactly what to expect so you can relax and enjoy your stay.

**Location**
The Eaglet is located on our private property on Hayden Lake. While we're nearby if you need us, we make a point of giving our guests plenty of privacy and space to enjoy their getaway. Your deck and hot tub are exclusively yours during your stay.

**Beach access**
You'll have access to our private sandy beach on Hayden Lake. Our family rarely uses the beach while guests are staying and, whenever possible, we leave the lakefront area for you to enjoy.

Please note that there are quite a few stairs down to the beach. The setting is worth the trip, but this property may not be a good fit for guests with mobility limitations.

**Boats**
There is no boat mooring or boat parking available at the property.

**Families with young children**
The sleeping lofts have minimal railings and may not be appropriate for small children. Parents and guardians should consider this when deciding whether The Eaglet is a good fit for their family.

**Parking**
Two reserved parking spaces are provided near the pathway leading down to the tiny house. We also provide a wagon to make transporting luggage and groceries easier.

**Nearby**
We're approximately 20 minutes from town and 40 minutes from Silverwood Theme Park.

**Meet the locals**
Our three cats may wander over to introduce themselves during your stay. Our two dogs remain contained within their fenced area.

You'll also find our hens nearby—and if they're laying, you're welcome to gather fresh eggs from the coop for breakfast.
