Great little place to stay - quiet and cozy! Back yard fire pit and charcoal grill with lawn chairs. Place was very clean at check in. We will definitely be back!

Thank you for your feedback. Based on your experience, I did go get a brand new mattress for one of the beds and a new mattress topper for the second. I appreciate your polite feedback and hope to continue to improve anything I can for all of our guests.

Perfect little house for a perfect little stay! The check in and check out process was super easy. The rooms are small, but the space is used well. The living room is cozy and it worked just great for us. Would stay again!

Property worked out good for our river trip. GPS is not accurate for this address. Be sure to look over their map provided for the place was not off the main road. Got good use out of washer and dryer and appreciate the popcorn and snacks. Thanks again for mentioning the extra air mattress. It came in handy. Also, thanks for the easy checkout..

It was such a cute little hidden gem! So close to everything but tucked away! Loved sitting on the back porch visiting with the owner’s chickens and sweet dogs. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely little house that fit our needs for a few days during a family reunion. Very quick access to a Dollar General, liquor store and gas station. And only a couple quick miles to the Landing.

We really enjoyed our get away here. Our host Megan and her husband are extremely nice people and the weather was perfect. It was everything we absolutely needed and chickens got feed extra by the kids as a thank you Megan for the fresh eggs she brought over! We would definitely recommend this place again and hope to come back!! Thank you Megan

Everything went great. Communication was excellent and I had asked about stopping by to put groceries out of our cooler and into refrigerator before check in time. And the cleaning was done so they let us just check in an hour earlier.

Fun Day Trip

The place was cozy. Everything worked. The amenities were plenty. We decided to take a day trip, never been to the area and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect place to stay, especially during the busy months you get to avoid the more touristy spots and stay in a very comfortable secluded space.

It was very quaint. They had chickens, so we had fresh eggs. We were supplied chicken feed to feed them. They had bought a gift for a 50th anniversary that I thought was very sweet. It does need some updating.

Great for one night

Cute little two bedroom clean Except for the shower. Wifi was out but afer i contacted host (whom replied in an instant) problem was resolved. We stayed fo 5 days, but the kitchen didnt have much but the bare minimum. Had yo buy salad bowl, cullender cheese grater etc. Only had 1/3 roll tp. And a few paper towles! We had to buy more. The Furniture was inviting to look at but uncomfortable couch and beds! The bed nearest family room was too soft and the bed nearest bathroom was like sleeping on a brick!!! I feel like this may be new and they just havent gather enough kitchen supplies! The air conditioning was great and the tv worked great!

Perfect for our needs. It's pretty basic and a bit run down in places (especially the bathroom which needs renovating, and shower wasn't the best in terms of heat and spray), but I really can't argue with the excellent value for money. Would probably not have rated it 5 stars due to the bathroom/shower if it weren't for the price, which I can't argue with at all. It was the right property, at the right place, in the right location, with strong AC in the main area directly opposite the main bedroom so you can cool that down too (we like to sleep cold). There was a nice basket left out with snacks and such that was actually extremely useful for us, because we were on a road trip with kids and short on time. Came in super handy when we were exhausted from travel. Really appreciated that touch! Would definitely stay there again if we needed somewhere in this area.

Again I sincerely apologize as I explained the entire City of Van Buren was out of water due to work on the water mains in town. I did reach out to the city and they got the repairs done as quickly as they could. I am very sorry this happened durning anyone’s stay
