This is the #74 ranked golf course in the world, and the #2 ranked golf course in all of Latin America. This is privately gated, with a private 3.5 mile stretch of beach. This area, with now over 2000 square acres, is over 70% Americans and Canadians. The tourists stay within the confines of the resorts and markets, but access to those facilities is world class.

Our condominium is the premier, best condominium in all of Copala/Quivira. It has the best, completely unobstructed ocean views, sits the highest, is a corner unit, has a rooftop deck, and has 2 covered parking spaces. It was just remodeled from top to bottom with all stainless appliances, new fresh paint, all new furnishings, including Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware interior finishes. It has 3 patios, 2 small, and 1 large patio with grill/sink outdoor seating area, and 6 place table. There is a rooftop deck with ocean and city views, hot tub, fire pit, and additional grilling area.
