Park your car in your private garage and let your Breckenridge vacation unroll. Surprisingly close to the shopping and dining of Main Street, this small complex is peaceful and quiet. Take an easy stroll to see the Troll Isak Heartstone, then walk half mile more to see Sawmill museum and explore the trails around it. This is the perfect place to see the leaves change in the fall and if you are lucky, moose in the winter.
Feel right at home with the well organized kitchen. You will love serving and enjoying meals at the beautiful live edge stone inlay dining table with animal footprints. Relax by the gas fireplace, watch a movie or your favorite live TV show or let your worries melt away in your hot tub on the deck. Vaulted primary bedroom suite with a comfy king bed is located on the top floor. Two bedrooms are downstairs, one with queen bed and ensuite bathroom, the second one with two twin over twin bunk beds, with a bathroom accessible from the hallway. Full size washer and dryer.

Living Room. Nice living room with a slate fireplace and tv with live channels. From here, you can access a private balcony with hot tub. There is an outdoor table with 4 chairs to sit down and enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine.

Kitchen. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Enjoy your delicious meals at the dining table for 6 or right at the kitchen bar.

Master Bedroom. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with November 2024 new Beautyrest medium firm mattress and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity sink, glass shower and bathtub combo. There is a wall-mounted TV in the bedroom.

Second Bedroom. A bedroom with a queen-size bed and a closet for your belongings. This bedroom also has its own TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub combo.

Third bedroom. Kids paradise with two bunk beds, twin tower twin. Bathroom with tub and shower combo is accessible from the hallway.

Washer and Dryer. There is a washer and dryer in the home.

Parking. The townhouse comes with free parking for two cars. Additional vehicles would need to be parked off-site. The heated, private garage for one vehicle is great, especially during cold, snowy winter nights. The second vehicle spot is in the front of the garage. Please no oversized vehicles or trailers.

Internet. Free wi-fi throughout the home.

The home sleeps up to 8 adults and 2 children. The top bunk beds are for children only please.

Town Shuttle. Base 9 stop is on the Grey Route South, walk down the driveway and turn right.
