The apartment has internet (WiFi), Cable TV and air-conditioning in bedroom and indoor areas.
The home comes with tableware sets and kitchen utensils.
Bedroom is equipped with TV and Smart Set Alarm Clock radio with bluetooth speaker, drawer dresser, nightstands, lamps and curtains, premium bedding and toiletries, as well as full body mirror and iron/ironning board.
The property has 1 in-room king bed. Also a Full sofa bed in the living room and up to one rollaway extra single bed (hotel standard) upon request one day prior and a charge, for a total of up to 3 beds.
The gated community have 1 private covered parking space assigned to the apartment, 1 last generation elevator and a rooftop social area with shared pool and gym.
