Getting Around:

If you plan to hang out within the resort- you do not NEED a car- but we do recommend you reserve one and explore the Island at your leisure. We can also connect you with certified tour guides with large vans.



Other Things to Note:

We love to host our guests and help them define their priorities for their vacation. We connect our guests with local resources based on their interests and specific needs.



This villa has a plunge pool and not suitable for guests under 10 years.



Puerto Rico is an amazingly friendly Island and folks are laid back and on ISLAND TIME.



The owner can sponsor (for additional fees) access to the exclusive Dorado Beach Club, which offers you the unique Watermill Waterpark, Fitness Center, Discounted Golf privileges, and entry to the Encanto Beach Club with Watersports activities nearby.



Guest and Owner will sign an occupancy agreement detailing the terms of the stay. Guest may request a copy of this agreement at any time as it is specific to each Villa rental.



If a guest is bringing a pet we need to know in advance as there may be registration paperwork involved and a pet fee.



This villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day. If guests run all zones of AC 24/7, it has happened that guests may exceed the allowance and there is a surcharge for over usage based on actual bills or meter readings upon entry and exit. Excess electricity usage may be deducted from the Security deposit that is on hold with Airbnb. To avoid that please be mindful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room.



Guests are responsible for ALL utilities for stays of a month or more.



If guests stay for longer than two weeks a mid-stay cleaning will be charged an additional fee.



Additional fees required for membership sponsorship and Club Membership. “Dorado Club Membership”: access to discounted golf, Water Mill waterpark, the beach at Encanto, and Fitness and Wellness Center.



Membership is limited only to 8 Adults/Children over 6 years old(6 years old and below can enjoy complimentary access).
