Mel Beach Turtle Themed House- Private pool, spa & beach access!

New vacation home located in Melbourne Beach. This beautifully designed home has 4 bedrooms and a 5th game room each with their own bathroom spread over 3,160 square feet of living space. This property is a quick 3 minute walk to our private beach access specifically for our community. Our home is equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, bodyboards, sand toys... Space Coast is known for Turtle watching so if you stay with us in the summer months check out multiple varieties of sea turtles nesting after you watch one of our beautiful sunsets at our resort down by the river. You'll have the best of both worlds with since our Backyard has a fenced in private pool, hot tub and BBQ grill. You have access to both the ocean on the east with gorgeous sunrises and the river on the west with beautiful sunsets to explore.

This was the absolute best VRBO experience I’ve ever had. Ben was highly responsive and communicative from start to finish. He was attentive to details within the home and also during our stay. He checked in multiple times and provided specific suggestions for a good experience in the area. He told us insider tips on seeing sea turtles, gorgeous sunsets and best food spots. All of the instructions were easy and clear and he made sure throughout the week that our needs were met. He treated us like true guests in his home, not customers. The house is beautiful and clean and has everything we needed. The private pool and hot tub located near the beach was perfect for our family with small kids. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The house was great for a large group with the private bathrooms in all bedrooms and the outdoor shower/bathroom was useful after beach. Will definitely be renting this property again!

Spacious property just steps from the beach

Had an amazing week in Melbourne beach at the turtle themed home. We had previously stayed in Indialantic up the road but decided to try this home. We had 4 adults and 2 older teens (17 and 19). House was very spacious, beds were great, everyone had their own bathroom. Pool was clean and hot tub was lovely. Beach access is right across the street. Beach also had access to private restrooms. Amazing week! Would definitely recommend this property. Owner was extremely responsive.

Turtle Themed House Melbourne Beach

Spacious and well appointed beach house with plenty of space for a large family looking for the perfect beach vacation. The beach is a short walk with access to a bathroom. The backyard was perfect for grilling dinner and enjoying the pool and hot tub. The resort pool is an added bonus when booking this home and even offered a happy hour. The host is quick to respond to any questions you may have during your stay. Check-in/out was seamless. Easy drive to many restaurants, shopping and activities. Just pack your clothes and head to this awesome home. You won’t be disappointed.

Best vacation home!

This is our 2nd stay in Melbourne Beach and we loved our stay at Ben's house. He was an excellent communicator and made sure all of our needs were met. We stayed at this home for the month of February and throughly enjoyed our vacation!Before arrival, I explained to Ben that were were travel with small kids (a 2 and 5 year old) and that I'm pretty picky about cleanliness, he made sure his cleaners went above and beyond when preparing the house for us. He also confirmed that the pool would be heated and the pool fence would be in place to ensure our children's safety. Ben also purchased a new gas grill before our arrival because I had mentioned how frequently we use our grill at home. Ben had to stop by one afternoon early in our stay and chatted with my father-in-law who was staying with us. My father-in-law mentioned in passing that he wished there was a recliner in the house and Ben surprised us a few days later with a recliner delivered to our doorstep! The house met all of our needs. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms, the kitchen was well appointed, and the beach toys and chairs came in handy every day! You can't go wrong with this house, you will not be disappointed! We will be back!
