We are long time Chapel Hill residents with both kids currently at UNC. We've also spent the past 22 years as VRBO hosts with our 2nd home and beach property at Holden Beach. We recently sold that incredible property after finding this gem at Sea Trail in Sunset Beach just down the road. Excited for this next chapter, and to offer our guests a new beach AND golf experience along with full resort amenities in the area's premier resort community.

Sea Trail is undoubtedly the premier golf and beach destination in the area. 3 good golf courses, 3 pools and other fantastic full resort amenities including tennis, pickleball and restaurants onsite if you want to stay local. Yet the beach is only a 5 minute drive and there are great restaurants also within 5 minutes! Sunset beach is one of the most highly rated beaches in the world and Sea Trail offers beach parking available for owners and their guests. The combination of resort/golf, proximity to the beach and numerous amazing restaurants close by in Calabash or Ocean Isle Beach (less than 10 minutes either direction) is really hard to beat. For even more choices, Little River is less than 15 minutes and N. Myrtle Beach just a little farther South.

Everything is newly furnished as of Sept. 2024 after we purchased the condo unfurnished. The amazing all season screened porch on the 4th fairway of the Jones course sealed the deal for us. We've made it a fun and relaxing indoor/outdoor space with ample furniture, a 65" smart TV, beverage refrigerator and a surfboard bar table and chairs.
The condo is also very large (1,430 sq ft), all on one level (1st floor) with no steps. 3 full bedrooms with 2 master suites. We put a king bed in the main master and also a work area with a desk. 2 queen beds in the 2nd suite which has it's own bathroom. The 3rd bedrooms also features a queen bed. Our goal was to make it super comfortable for either 3 couples, 2 families or a golf foursome where everyone has their own large bed and space to relax. Each bedroom has access to its own full bathroom which is also ideal.
