The Space:
Centrally located less than a mile from Lower Broadway, “A Condo Named Blue” is the perfect spot for your next Nashville getaway. This eccentric, stylish condo comfortably sleeps 6, and has unparalleled views.

The fully-stocked kitchen is great for cooking meals at home; we'll provide all the pots, pans, and bakeware you need. The smart TVs in the living room and bedroom allow you to log in to your streaming services.

The bright, colorful bedroom for your belongings. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen-sized bed, as well.

An outdoor patio provides you a relaxing retreat from the Honky Tonks of Broadway and makes the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. In the winter, the gas fire pit provides the same escape.

THINGS TO KNOW

This rental is located on ground floor.
Parking notes: The property has plenty of open parking located directly in front of the unit. There are no assigned spots so pick whichever is most convenient for you.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

- Early Check-in is available starting from 2:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM.
- Late Check-out is available ending at 12:00 PM instead of 10:00 AM.

Guest Access:
Guest has full access to the entire condo and all shared amenities offered at our complex.

The Neighborhood:
Walking is the best way to get around but if you don't want to walk than Uber or Lyft is the way to go. The other popular option is riding the scooters.

Other Things to Note:
** The complex does have private security nights and weekends during prime season
** Pool, laundry facilities, and gym require key card to enter
** Key card will be hanging by the front door
** Pool is open from April-October
** Free covered parking on the premises
** We are located on the river. Depending on the time of year you will probably see some wildlife on the river bank and if hanging outside for a lengthy amount of time I would recommend bug spray
** The complex does have a firepit and propane grill but you will need to provide your own fire wood and propane

We are located in the heart of Downtown Nashville, where the vibrant city life adds to the charm of your stay. However, you may occasionally hear sounds from cars, planes, trains, party buses, dogs, other guests in the building, or lively passersby enjoying the area. While we can't control these elements, we hope you’ll embrace the energy of Music City as part of your experience!
