This beachfront townhome community is a 14-acre sanctuary located on the Gulf of Mexico with three hundred feet of private beaches, a 5-acre freshwater lake stocked with turtles and ducks, two full size swimming pools, a kiddie pool, grilling area, tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and beachside volleyball courts.

You may bring up to 2 dogs, no restrictions, with a pet fee of $250!

This 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhome includes: A fully stocked kitchen the essentials needed to prepare full meals for your family. An open floor plan with a Living/Dining area that includes a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. A private patio off the living room with landscaped area. A master bedroom with a queen-size bed and full-size private bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen-size bed. A third bedroom with two twin-sized beds. A second shared full-size bathroom in the hallway for the guest rooms. A half-bath downstairs. Washer and dryer in unit.
