You will have a designated parking spot right in front of the condo. There is also room behind your parking spot to park a boat or ATV with trailer.



*Smart Deadbolt lock. We will give you a personalized code so previous guests will not have access.



*We have a Minut Sensor, it does not record and is not a camera. It monitors the environment. It will recognize certain things in the environment and will send us an alert to our phone. It will alert us if the smoke detector alarms, it shows us the temperature and humidity in the home, it monitors for mold, occupancy, motion, and noise monitoring by decibel, without recording or listening. It does not collect, store, or share personal data. Minut is a home sensor built for privacy and safety for the guest. It looks like a smoke detector mounted on the ceiling near the dining room table.
