LUXURY ECO VILLA, 2-BEDROOMS, POOL, STUNNING VIEWS OVER CORAL BAY AND INTO THE BVIS!

Centrally located on Spice Hill atop the picturesque Bordeaux Mountain, Revel is one of St. John’s newest luxury eco villas. This 2 bedroom modern getaway offers the ultimate island experience. The self-sustaining and comfortable home is close by to beaches, hiking trails, Cruz Bay, and more, making it the premium vacation destination.

Revel has two king-sized ensuite bedrooms, each with amazing views and immediate access to the expansive deck. Each bedroom has modern furnishings, organic cotton linens, and high end toiletries to truly pamper guests during their stay. Every room at Revel has it’s own air conditioning for extra comfort. The villa’s layout, with a central great room, gives each bedroom a level of privacy.

The great room has impressive 12′ ceilings and a wall of windows pointing to the pool area with jaw dropping views and amazing sunrises. Euro-Wall multi slide doors open each Revel room to the great Caribbean outdoors, offering up dazzling views and constant soft breezes. The sliders allow any visitor to view the villa’s stunning sunrises and enjoy the air conditioning from behind closed doors, with the option to seamlessly open up the space to merge with the mountain surroundings and the Caribbean’s constant breezes and spectacular views. The open concept feels spacious, modern and luxurious. Decor, lighting, fixtures and artwork have also been lovingly chosen to compliment the villa’s island modern architecture and to represent local artisans.

The kitchen has everything you could need to prepare a meal to enjoy at the villa. The custom concrete countertops and statement piece backsplash keep the space bright and warm. The kitchen transitions to the outdoor deck space seamlessly with the sliding walls so you can entertain.

The deck features a large pool overlooking the National Park mountainside with a built-in spa adjacent to it. Mood lighting in both the pool and spa allow guests to enjoy it day or night.

Revel integrates eco-friendly features throughout. The villa is powered by the sun with expansive solar power and multiple Tesla power walls to help give you peace of mind during your stay in the event of a power outage. Organic and recycled materials, as well as locally sourced products are integrated whenever possible.

Revel is centrally located with easy access on paved roads and a parking pad with space for two vehicles. There is a security camera on the parking pad for added peace of mind. The location is a great starting point for exploring all that St. John has to offer.

Revel is blissful perfection.

Absolutely beautiful house with the greatest imaginable view. Perfect setting for a relaxing week away from it all. Comfortable beds, easy access to Coral Bay and remote beaches, great pool and hot tub, comfortable and well-appointed main living room.

Beautiful Private Retreat!!

Had an excellent week at Revel. Have been to St.John several times but this was the first staying up on Bordeaux and it was awesome. Great views, nice breeze all day and plenty of privacy! House was clean, organized, had all the amenities we would possibly need, plus extras like coffee, bug spray, detergent etc.. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Revel is a beautiful modern home within short distance of beaches, Cruz Bay, and Coral Bay.

Amazing Spring Break

Beautiful villa with everything you need. Location is perfect - middle of the island so a short drive to Cruz and Coral Bay as well as all the beaches. The view is gorgeous and the house is just perfect. We will be back!

Repeat visitors to Revel!

That view just cannot be beat. Add the gorgeous villa, the lovely private deck, the pool and hot tub....and you have total perfection. It is so wonderful, in fact, we were slow to hit the beaches each day! The house is well appointed for all of our needs. Great thought and care are put into ALL the details. Many thanks for another incredible vacation at Revel.

Relax at Revel

Revel is a terrific property for up to six people to vacation at. It is located conveniently to the North Shore Beaches, Cruz Bay and Coral Bay. The property is well equipped and appointed. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 10 night stay at Revel and we plan to return in the future.

Amazing home

Revel was everything the pictures represent. Beautiful setting, beautiful home. Very private, but fairly easy to get to. Has everything you need. Pool and hot tub are great for evenings and stay days. Owners and property managers were great and helpful. Best vacation home we’ve stayed. Looking forward to returning.

Amazing spot!

Our family had a fabulous time at Revel! I only wish we spent more time enjoying the balcony, pool and hot tub! We were greeted upon arrival and within 20 minutes we’re were enjoying the home. The house was very clean and had every kitchen amenity and creature comfort needed. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very spacious. We would definitely come back to Revel!

Beautiful property - quiet and relaxing

Perfect place for two couples. Separate bedrooms and baths. Shared living area and kitchen. Views are stunning. But of a drive up the hills but worth it. Felt safe. Very clean. Lots of extra amenities.

Spent NYE week. House is fantastic. Property manager was superb — extremely responsive and nice. Didn’t use the pool because it was too cold. It should be heated to at least a palatable temperature in colder months.

Location and luxury

Revel is a beautiful home, well situated for easily reaching Cruz Bay, Coral Bay, and the North Shore beaches, yet with few neighbors so you truly feel like you are away from it all. The living space and pool deck flow seamlessly with the sliding glass doors that fully open. When not at the beach, we enjoyed the pool and especially the best hot tub ever (which is saying something--we have rented 13 different villas on island). Because the home is situated on Bordeaux Mountain, the breezes keep it cooler and less buggy. We cooked every night and the kitchen had what we needed, and the bathrooms were well appointed too. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Revel. The property was clean and well outfitted and the view was amazing. The team was very accommodating and was quick to respond to anything we needed during the week. The only thing to note is that the 2nd bedroom (w/ king bed and bathroom) is not directly connected to the rest of the rooms. It’s only accessed via the exterior slider door. It wasn’t necessarily a problem for our stay but should be noted, especially for families.

Lovely private villa with perfect location

Secluded villa with beautiful views from the hills overlooking the ocean. The home is not far up Bordeaux Mountain so we were closer (10-15 min) to Maho/Cinnamon (our favorite) Bays but still had privacy and felt high up! We love Coral Bay and were close to there as well. Private pool and hot tub were nice as well. Kitchen had everything we needed. Only drawbacks were ice maker was not working in freezer. Our host was quick to bring a countertop ice maker. Also to note if you have kids, the second bedroom must be accessed from outside (from the pool area) so if you have young kids, this could be unsafe. It worked fine for our 14 and 17 year old girls though! We will definitely be back to St. John and would stay here again!

Beautiful brand new villa, awesome views well appointed!

Had a wonderful stay at this brand new villa. At the top of Bordeaux Mtn with dramatic views of Coral Bay and beyond. Easy access to house (no crazy steep driveway or access road) and convenient to North Beaches, Coral Bay, East End and even Cruz Bay not a bad drive. We were greeted at arrival by Jimmy who took the time to show all the features of the house and answer any questions. Really well appointed - the host provided top end deck furniture, nice beach chairs and coolers and a completely stocked kitchen - all new items. Relax at the pool and take in the vista or under the stars in the Jacuzzi We will be back to Revel again and can highly recommend it.

A week in paradise - nature and sophistication in one home.

My husband and I stayed in Revel for a week to celebrate our 60th birthdays. It was among the best vacations of our lives. Revel is the perfect house - at the top of a mountain, surrounded by flora and fauna, with a view east to Coral Bay the BVI beyond, awaking to sunsets every morning. The house itself is modern, sleek, clean - with a well-apportioned kitchen and two beautiful bed rooms (with fabulous showers). We used the pool in the morning sun and the hot tub during the cool evenings. The house is an easy drive to the North Beaches - especially Maho Bay, where we spent several sunsets with wine and cheese. Revel is a special house that will make any trip to St. John all the better.

Awesome retreat on STJ!

As world travelers and regular visitors to STJ, we have high expectations for the properties at which we stay... and Revel did NOT disappoint! The house was brand new and very well appointed, including its own private pool and hot tub. The location was perfect, the views were incredible, and the house couldn't have been nicer. We always prefer to stay on the Coral Bay side of the island where it is quieter and more relaxing. Revel provided extreme privacy and a quiet, tranquil escape during our stay. The entire experience, from the initial booking with Joe to the interactions on island with the property managers Jim and Sue, was wonderful. Everything about this experience was fantastic and we highly recommend this property if you are looking for the perfect vacation spot in paradise. Thank you Joe, Jim, and Sue for a wonderful trip.

A little piece of paradise....

I hate to give it 5 stars...because I want to keep this place a secret so I can go back again and again. The house and views are just wonderful. It is as beautiful if not more than it looks online. The house is not that old so everything including furnishings (in and out) were all very nice. We cooked a couple nights and had a chef one night and the kitchen was well equipped. Pool maintains a refreshing temperature. Also, provided good beach gear....chairs, cooler, floats, and even umbrellas. All the doors open up and have screens. Still a couple toads kept finding their way into my bathroom. Location is good. You're not really close to Cruz Bay or Coral Bay or beaches, but more in middle so all things are equally distant. Definitely check out the Windmill bar for sunset. We finished the week there and fun crowd, incredible views, and had live music. Also discover Sam & Jack's in Cruz Bay for beach sandwiches, but they also do catering so will try that next time.

BEWARE, as this property is not as advertised and not as previous reviews would suggest! Most concerning is that when I attempted to discuss these issues with the property owner, I was blown off and she acted like the serious safety concerns were no big deal!1. This property is NOT smoke-free as advertised! It smells strongly of smoke throughout, causing us to wake up with stomach aches and even feeling dizzy at times.2. In violation of VRBO's policies, the detached bedroom has no smoke detector, which is extremely unsafe especially in this remote location high in the mountains. The property manager and owners were notified, and we learned that they had removed it just prior to our arrival and had not installed a new one!3. The driveway is located on a VERY steep one-way road with a parking area just big enough for 2 cars. When we were gone and the pool cleaner came, he parked sideways and took up both spots, causing us to have to park sideways with our Jeep hanging off the end of the driveway when we returned since the 1-way road does not allow you to simply turn around.4. The lock to the door of the detached bedroom was broken, so we had to sleep there and leave the next day without any security for ourselves or our items.5. The refrigerator stopped working our first night there.6. The sun shade in the master bathroom was broken, causing us to be awakened very early each morning due to the bright sun. Numerous other blinds throughout were broken.

Revel was awesome!

We loved everything about this property. It was evident a lot of thought went into the design, layout and furnishings of the villa. Starting with the entrance to the property we loved the opportunity to park on a flat area with easily accessible and secure steps to the house itself. Every detail was thought through...beach chairs stored near the parking area, a hose there to rinse off, the pool is beautiful, but the hot tub was our favorite to visit multiple times a day, every room is equipped with everything we needed, especially the kitchen where we did cook every breakfast and sometimes dinner. Towels and coolers to bring the beach are available, a grill to eat in, even a clothesline if you're not using the available dryer. The ability to completely open up the house with the enormous and easy to use sliding doors was another favorite. You always feel like you were outside. Each bedroom suite offered privacy and comfort with very nice furnishings and spacious beautiful bathrooms with open showers. The expansive outdoor patio area to view all sides of the property as well as the fabulous view of Coral Bay is spectacular. There are so many places to sit and enjoy every facet of the property. It is very quiet and secluded from crowds, yet both Cruz and Coral Bay are within easy access. Jimmy was very helpful and quick to answer the few questions we had. It is great having someone local to work with. We can't wait to go back to Revel in the future! Thanks a bunch!
