Puamana 58-1 Joya privada justo en el océano!

Vistas asombrosas, hermosas puestas de sol y el sonido de las olas rompientes te esperan en esta maravillosa casa adosada de tres dormitorios y dos cuartos de baño en Puamana. La casa está ubicada en el tranquilo extremo norte de la propiedad, cerca del club house, las canchas de tenis y la piscina del océano.



Nuestra casa ha sido remodelada hace aproximadamente 10 años. La planta alta cuenta con dos dormitorios y un baño. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, espacio de oficina y un hermoso lanai. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen. En la planta baja hay una suite junior con una cama queen y baño privado.



Todas las habitaciones tienen ventiladores de techo, así como aire acondicionado. La cocina tiene encimeras de granito. GET / TAT-046-068-7360-01

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about Puamana 58-1 is perfect! The incredible location, the views from the upper bedrooms of the mountains on one side ocean on the other side. The lower lanai is ocean front! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Excellent grill too. I do not have anything to say about that is not great. Staff are friendly and prompt to answer questions. I hope to stay there again.

Right on the water

A two story unit gives nice privacy between upper and lower floor. The place is spacious giving a family of six plenty of room. We just loved the view and sunsets every night. We also loved eating outside. There are new restaurants starting to pop up on Front Street. Good to see more activity. We also really enjoyed the the pool each night.

Oceanfront Good Times

Beautiful end unit right on the water. Listened to the waves and let the breeze blow through the house to sing us to sleep. Excellent sunset watching the surfers and looking across to the island of Lanai. Close to town and nearby beaches, but off the road enough for peace and quiet. Excellent stay.

We loved this property, the Puamana community and Lahaina town. Comfortable beds and good water pressure. Great air conditioning. Barbecues every night by the ocean, how can you rate that? You can walk to Lahaina though you must do so by the road (slow or no traffic anyway). Angie responded promptly my questions, thanks! We’d love to come back soon!

Family vacation

The condo and the property are spotless. All that you need is provide. The pool's where nice. We spent most of our time in the quiet pool. The sunset from the back patio is spectacular. You must make time to enjoy it. The walk to front street where most of the activities are was a quick 25 minute walk from the condo. We hope to come back to this condo in the future

Beautiful lanai and plenty of space!

This space was great! It’s a little older and has some quirkiness, but it’s so comfortable and quiet. Being tucked back in the neighborhood with a perfect view of the sunset was fantastic. Being on the ground floor made the lanai feel HUGE. This was definitely more than enough space for our group of 4 adults. It would probably be very comfortable for 3 couples. It’s a little over a mile to walk into the Lahaina square and there isn’t always a sidewalk, so we usually drove. I enjoyed running from this location! I hope to be able to stay in this place again! Highly recommend.

Excellent Lahaina Property

Beautiful property with a stunning view. Our family of six were very comfortable and all amenities were wonderful. Would highly recommend this property as it was perfectly located.

Another Great Week at Puamana

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay at 58-1 and it was as enjoyable as our first visit. We did find that the lanai fans were not working however APVR was quick to get the issue addressed and actually installed new fans! Always incredible views and relaxing stay.

Family Vacation

Plenty of room for family of 6 adults. Beautiful views, right on the water but can't access the water from there. Pool is close by and was great. Conveniently located in Lahaina. Would definitely stay there again!

Size of property was perfect for our group of 6 adults. Interior could use updating. If to be a 5 star unit, personal soap and shampoos should be included.

Peace perfect Peace

Ideal venue to de-stress, you can live in perfect harmony with the sea. This is the mosy relaxing vacation ever. The condo was clean, and well laid out. Hosts were great.

Can’t get any closer to the ocean

The condo was very spacious, had beautiful and accommodating indoor and outdoor living, furnishings. You can hear the waves crashing 24-7. Kitchen is well stocked. Only two beach chairs available, but also nice umbrella and enough beach and shower towels. I did not like the open showers cuz all the water sprayed out, but the rest of my family did not mind. Internet was slow, but got fixed and improved. Loved having grass, a water hose and rock and bushes barrier between us (and a covered lanai) and the water. Saw 3-4 turtles swimming daily right out our back slider. Good accessible parking right in front. Easy walk to nice beach. Appreciated the stroller on-site to carry our grandchild and stuff to beach and pool. Lots of space for multiple people to work or just have a little separation. Excellent for 5 adults and one 2 year old. It was a wonderful trip and our whole family loved the location and the unit itself. Can’t wait to return!

An Oasis

My family of four (2 kiddos, 5 & 7), and my in-laws stayed at this lovely property in Puamana. The property is beautifully maintained, and the backyard is literally the ocean. We loved watching the sunrise every morning with a cup of coffee from the back patio. There was plenty of room for our party of 6, and the downstairs bedroom and bathroom worked just wonderful for my young son who uses a wheelchair. Dave and the team at APVR were wonderfully attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay, including communication and coordination with Maui Baby Rentals. We enjoyed the pool areas - the family pool and the quiet pool, and even had a few mangoes from the trees in front of the clubhouse. The community is not far from Front Street at all and it was such a lovely and peaceful getaway. Thank you Dave & APVR!

Excellent Puamana Property!

Our family loves Puamana and it’s location relative to Lahaina. This property was perfect for a family of four. The check-in and out were easy and convenient. Can’t beat it it, would definitely come back.

Fabulous BUT one thing can ruin it all

We can't say enough about the beauty of the setting of this townhome. Just gorgeous, sitting right on the water. We loved every minute of that! In addition, the townhome was nicely taken care of, clean and easy to stay in. HOWEVER, one thing can overpower all that and greatly influence your stay - the master mattress was like laying on a big sack of flour. It was ridiculous. I don't understand how so much care can be given to everything, yet the mattress is like a beanbag. We are not heavy people, not out of shape, but after one night, we were broken. Each night we dreaded going to bed. It affects your entire vacation. I'd prefer to not write reviews like this, but no response from the management company leads me to believe they don't care and I'd hate for another visitor to not be warned.
