Escape to this tranquil oasis in beautiful Naples, Florida, where you can relax with family and friends.
Nestled in Naples Park, this home offers the ideal location, providing easy access to beaches, restaurants, amenities, and all the fun you could wish for.
This spacious and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a heated pool and screened-in lanai, offering the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and outdoor living.
Less than a mile to the beach, nightlife, restaurants and more.
The space
The main bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, and newly renovated in-suite bathroom.
The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, a TV, and a sofa.
The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds.
The open-concept kitchen, dining and living area features a kitchen table with four chairs, L-shaped breakfast counter with 3 chairs and living space that comfortably fits your whole family. The living-space opens to the screened-in lanai allowing you to live a true Florida lifestyle during your stay.
The pool area is a true tropical oasis with perfectly manicured gardens, lounge chairs for all, and a large umbrella to shade you from the sun. The lanai features a large dining table as well as two separate sitting areas that are perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach.
The stacked washer and dryer are located in the garage and there is parking for 2 cars on the driveway.
Guest access
No parking allowed in the garage.
2 adult bikes are in the garage for the tenant's use.
There are no steps/stairs on the property. It is very accessible for many types of people

You are just minutes away from the beaches, Mercado, which has nightlife, restaurants, shopping and more.

To ensure that all of our guests have a wonderful stay, please leave our home in the condition that it is found and report any broken items so that we can repair or replace before our next guests arrive.
The pool can be heated in cooler weather, typically mid November thru the middle of April. The pool heat charge is $14 a day. Please ask to have it turned on prior to your visit.
