Beach access is unavailable from this building's beach access stairs at the moment (the beach changes rapidly). The public access point should be used just to the north of the Topsail Reef HOA for beach access. This condo is in Building #5. At the moment, buildings #8, #7 and #5 have closed beach accesses. Other buildings within the HOA may have open beach access stairs which can be used at low tide.

* ALL DAY BEACH IS LOCATED 0.6mi AWAY AT 3948 NEW RIVER INLET RD. PUBLIC BEACH PARKING HAS A FEE NOT INCLUDED IN RESERVATION PAYMENT.
* Access will be limited during high tide!
* Tennis and basketball courts, grilling area available for guest use.
* High tide will cover bottom stairs of the beach access; alternative access points nearby.
* Avoid sandbags around building pillars to slow beach erosion.

What to Bring:

* Full set of freshly laundered linens and towels individually packaged for hygiene.
