Cocina y baño recién renovados! Nuestra unidad es un condominio de planta baja, que aparece como un diseño tradicional de pueblo. Esta unidad tiene capacidad para un máximo de seis personas. Hay dos dormitorios con uno y medio baños. Hay un bien surtido áreas de cocina, comedor y sala. Cada habitación tiene una cama de matrimonio tamaño de una habitación con una cama adicional día. La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama plegable. Hay wi-fi gratuita y TV por cable. El patio unidad se encuentra junto a la piscina y menos de 100 pies de la playa. La unidad tiene una cubierta superior privado de la habitación propietario. El patio da a un patio interior cerrado para todas las unidades. Tenemos un gerente de hotel, donde se mantiene la piscina y los jardines. Hay una gran cubierta comunidad adyacente a la piscina con zonas de duchas al aire libre. Mascotas ni está permitido fumar.

Great Stay

This was our 2nd year staying at this property and it never disappoints. Great community and location. Nice for our kids to get to play with the same kids from last year! Definitely recommend.

Wonderful Stay

This is our 3rd year staying at this property. Perfect vacation spot for a family with young kids. Easy access to pool and beach. Everyone is always so friendly! Can’t wait for next year!

Relaxing Beach Vacation

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at this condo that is a only few minutes walk to the beach. The condo had everything we needed for the week and is in a quiet community. We really liked eating out on the private patio everyday. The pool area looked nice, but we didn’t use it because we spent our days at the beach (the beach was never crowded) . We hope to return again in the near future!

Great family vacation

We have been going to Pine Knoll Townes Phase 3 for many years. This was our 2nd year in a row renting this property and we love it. This is a great place for everyone, including young children. We love the location with beach access about 20 yards out the back door over the community deck and pool. We look forward to many more stays!

Great locatiom

Great distance to the beach and pool! I broke my ankle right before vacation and was still able to get up to the deck and pool on the handicap ramp. Will definitely be coming back!

Vacation

Arrived at 3:45 and houseclearners had just arrived. Family of 5 had to wait an hour to unpack. Balcony off bedroom had brown piles and stains that looked to be from a dog. Difficult lock box on door. Freezer had to be cleaned out. Beer bottle exploded in refrigerator. Loved the pool and beach and nice bathroom and furniture downstairs.

Beautiful Vacation!

The entire experience with this property was 5 star! The quick responses and messages from the owner during the rental process was great! The property was clean and so close to the beach! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

This is a very well maintained, comfortable property. We had a great time and loved being so close to the beach. The owner is very responsive and the place is equipped with everything that we needed. We look forward to staying again the future!

Sun and Sand Delight

We have rented this property before. It is clean and nicely furnished. It overlooks the pool, but is not noisy. It is a very short walk to the beach which is nice. We like this unit.

Perfect!

This was a perfect spot for our family. The condo was updated and clean. We could see the ocean from the top deck too! The pool and beach were just steps away.

Great condo - steps from the beach!

Wonderful laid back location in Pine Knoll Shores, literally just walk out the back patio, and you are only a few steps from a very wide and sparsely populated beach. This location is only a short drive to various restaurants and shops in Atlantic Beach or even across the bridge to Morehead City within 15 minutes. About this rental - 2 floor condo, bedrooms upstairs, deck from master bedroom, ocean view from each bedroom. cute living room, dining area, and kitchen downstairs, with walkout patio from the living room, and direct path to the beach. full bath upstairs, half bath downstairs. plenty of room for our family of 4 to enjoy a great week together at the beach, and space to spread out when needed. The atmosphere of the property is much more inviting in person than in the pictures. As soon as we walked around inside we knew we made the right choice! Communication with the owner was great, he was very responsive to any questions we had before the trip.

Although the accommodations are a bit dated, they nonetheless afforded a very comfortable stay.

Furnishings and location make for a very nice property that is convenient to the beach and everything else that the area has to offer. Ideal for a family of four or five to make lasting memories.

Just what our family needed

This town home was perfect for our family (2 adults, 4 children).The property is a little dated but very clean and well maintained. It had so many comforts of home down to the spices for cooking a cute pantry and plenty of pots & pans, and other cooking utensils. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards & beach toys, a charcoal grill & a hose inside your patio for removing excess sand. The beds sleep comfortably and the people are very friendly. The beach and ocean are breathtaking and the pool is nice as well. We loved the closed in patio and the deck off of our bedroom. The courtyard is completely closed in so we felt very safe letting our children run around and play with all the other kids. The fresh seafood in the area is amazing and we had a nice time at the aquarium as well. Pine Knoll is a family oriented place and everyone was very friendly, we hope to return soon. The owners were a pleasure to work with and answered all our questions. We had such a fantastic time and we love the island, it's definitely our new family vacation spot!

Peaceful Get Away!

We really enjoyed our first stay here! It was in a great location with access to the grocery store, shopping & restaurants in either direction. The outside of building does look worn but the interior was very clean and comfortable. King beds slept great! Instead of renting sheets - I bought a whole set of King sheets from Roses for $10 for each bed. I don't cook on vacation but the kitchen appeared to have most everything you'd need to prepare meals. It had a large nice refrigerator and washer/dryer that came in handy. We loved being able to walk out off the back patio about 50 steps onto the beach and then return where there was a shower to get the sand off and then head to the pool that was literally right outside of the patio. The pool was very clean and great! Very quiet and family oriented place! We stayed with our 2 teenage boys and enjoyed having a nice kitchen table to play a card game called "golf" each night after we came back to the room. My husband and boys did some surf fishing late in the day and early morning and didn't catch a lot but enjoyed being right on the beach. We enjoyed our peaceful get away!! Hope to return in the future. Thank you Terri for all your help in making this a smooth stay! We've already recommended to others.

A great get away!

The bit worn exterior does not extend to the interior! The condo was very clean, well kept and comfortable. We only stayed 3 nights but found that the close beach and pool access were PERFECT for our family with 2 young girls. I would highly recommend this particular unit for ease of access, comfortable furnishings and pristine condition. There is much to do very nearby as well, take in Ft. Macon and the aquarium as well.

Exactly what we expected from the listing and really enjoyed it.

My daughter and I stayed at Pine Knolls shores for 3 nights. We wanted a quiet, clean location with easy access to the ocean and we got it! The condo provided everything we needed, there are grocery stores and lots of great restaurants near by. We laid on the beach, read, took long walks and enjoyed the pool which was a cooling relaxing end of the day. The owner provided advice on local attractions and her neighbor even brought over warm blueberry muffins to welcome us. What more could you ask! :>) We ate lots of sea food and it was great. Recommendations Amos Mosquito's, McCurdy's On Moonlight Bay, Flipperz Fran's is a great place to buy swimwear. Check out the sales in the back room

Great condo!

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time at Pine Knoll Shores. The condo was everything we hoped it would be and more. Great value for the money. The owner was very helpful and gracious with everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again if we travel back to the area.

I live in Raleigh and my wife's family have owned two different units within the same complex since she was a teen. I now own her parent's unit and have raised all three of our children going to the beach. Most units have long time owners or have some connection to previous owners within the complex.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I have always said this property has a hidden value that is hard to quantify. We have such a sense of community with the owners that the friendships gained over the years becomes priceless. Over the years, you watch the babies grow to teens, the teens grow into adults and then become parents themselves. We have friends who have rented the same unit the same week for twenty years. It truly becomes a second home away from home. Our unit is great for families with small children or the elderly.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We have one of the few properties in the area that is ground level and has parking right out the front door. No lugging groceries and beach chairs up three flights of stairs. The large community deck and pool offers plenty of opportunity to meet new people and yet have privacy within your own unit.
