Beautiful 3-bdrm in WEEKI WACHEE! Close to beaches, hospitals, golf & SPLASH PAD

This is a brand new home, fully furnished with a high end kitchen! One king bed in primary suite with beautiful on suite bathroom including a large walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom holds a queen bed and two twin beds in 3rd bedroom. Separate office space with desk & futon. Screened in lanai where you can sit and enjoy the birds & butterflies in a serene setting. Close proximity to hospitals, shopping, and beaches but tucked back out of heavy traffic.
Enjoy some fun with the full air hockey table, sip some coffee from the lanai or feel free to use our beach chairs & umbrella to Pine Island, Fort Island or Honeymoon Island Beach.
One small dog allowed. Under 40lbs.LESS THEN 30 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE NEW ANDERSON SNOW SPLASH PARK NOW OPEN!

Very nice, spacious home in a somewhat remote, woodsy area. Very peaceful and quiet, especially viewing sunrise and sunset through the trees.The host quickly responds to messages, and access to the property couldn’t have been easier.Even though it is in an off-the-beaten-path location, access to Dollar General, WalMart, Publix, and lots of restaurants are an easy, short drive away with little traffic.

Overall the property was great and the house was very nice and spacious. The only issue we had was the dryer didn’t work. The host responded quickly to our email but it didn’t work our entire stay. The only other suggestion would be to have more cookware available. Overall very happy with the stay.

The house was welcoming. The host was communication with us and the stay was good. The furniture was not great quality and the back windows in the house did not have any privacy options. The house is quaint and clean.

The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is really quiet. The master bathroom is amazing with a huge shower with great water pressure and there’s also a huge walk in closet. My grandson really enjoyed playing air hockey. I would definitely stay again.

Brand new cottage in great shape

This property is very new and in excellent condition.Nicely furnished and very well thought out. Great master suite with awesome walk in shower.Well equipped in terms of dishes and kitchen equipment.Location was a bit remote from our destination - Cabot Citrus Farms - not 8 minutes as the description says.

First you need to know! This isn't a picture of the house now with nice grass & shrubs. This picture's from when it was up for sale. Now it's all dead, brown & rough. House is out very far & last few miles you are on bumpy dirt roads. The house was clean, but could use more items in kitchen, more than 2 towels in master, I had to buy a bathmat, floor is slippery when wet. No cable! no flood or back yard lights &i t gets very dark next to woods, kinda scary,furniture could be upgraded sofa and master bed very uncomfortable, back door had very bad squeak and hard to open, we fixed that, we had to buy a new grill with brush, one left there was filthy with stuck food debris on it and used coal still there. My biggest problem was that the host never apologized or offered reimbursement for the bigger things I bought. We left them. No garage opener there you have to contact her to have her send you code. For some reason we never got it so we just made do. We rented it for 28 days, but left a few days early. My favorite part was the shower.

Clean Home, but not as expected

Ashley was very prompt and curteous, the house was very clean, new and modern, and served our purposes, however the studio was advertised to sleep 2 people and we couldn't even put one person in this room. We had to move my teen son onto a blowup mattress in the closet, and my daugther had to stay with my parents. Not as advertised. We were also told not to put AC below 72 and my sister was very hot when we first checked in. For a family of six, this would be a very nice place to stay, but not for a family of 8.

Christy, I am saddened to see you only gave us 2 stars for the issue with the futon bed. The futon is really meant for smaller children or one person. As far as the air conditioner, after you mentioned this, I did state to you that you were welcome to turn the temp down to be more comfortable. We only like to keep the temp at a desired temp during summer months to keep the home at a consistent temperature for guests. I do not feel 2 stars is a deserving review. Please know when someone gives us 2 stars it is impactful for us and we work hard to create a great , clean experience for our guests. We hope you enjoyed the plenty of great things the home had to offer and would have loved to see you give a more fair star rating. I am sorry to see this.

Amazing!

This place is actually an 11 on a 1-10 scale! Super clean, organized, stocked with utensils, cookware, plates, cups. Brand new house with the new house smell included! lol the beds were very comfy and the comforters were super soft and OMG, the master bathroom shower… felt like I was at a resort! We enjoyed having coffee on the screened in back patio. The office was perfect so I could check in with work when needed. The hostess was very responsive and answered my questions within minutes. This is going to be our place to stay on our yearly trips to Florida

We absolutely loved staying here! It was in the quiet back side of the neighborhood. The floor plan was open and spacious with a large screened in porch with comfy seating. Which is where we spent our morning listening to the birds chirp while drinking coffee. The kids got to enjoy the air hockey table the whole time and there was plenty of usb chargers for their electronics too! So win on that part as well! The master shower is beautiful and roomy :) Checking in was easy and greeted us with a little welcome booklet that laid out the few rules of the house and also gave a great breakfast spot to go eat at. Ashley was super awesome and quick to respond with answers to all my questions. Definitely going to book again the next time we come back to visit our family on this side of Florida. Couldnt of asked for a great first experience with a home rental Thank you again Ashley!

The home was exactly as described, everything was clean and in working order. While the house is a little off the beaten path, and it was great to escape & enjoy the birds from the back porch area, it's still close enough to restaurants and stores. We felt very comfortable and safe. Would definitely recommend to others.
