Second stay here to visit family in the area,, We love the house, very clean and comfortable. Has everything you may need. Nice quiet neighborhood, well lighted and safe. We think it is very nice to keep the condiments in the fridge, and shower body soap that someone may need and to pass on. Please consider changing the water and use less chemicals in the hot tub. maybe leaving the floaty frog out, use a defoamer after each guest visits will keep the hot tub safe for other guests,We look forward to another stay sometime,Thanks again,Vince and Marcy V

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! The house was just the right size for the two of us with a small yard to allow our small dogs room to exercise and the pool was great!

Great little place in the middle of a variety of things to do

Clean, well laid out, smaller house but felt homey and safe. Like some other guests have said, neighborhood looks a little shady at first but saw zero signs of trouble, crime etc. Check in was easy and close to plenty of things to do (restaurants, activities) and also close to the non-city life too (10-15 minutes). Great family rental

Great rental for a family of 4. We loved the pool, hot tub, and the patio area. I also really appreciated the extra touches like coffee maker, coffee supplies, first aid kit, bandaids, and plenty of towels. We plan to return!

The house was perfect for our family weekend getaway. Felt like home away from home and was pleasantly surprised that they offered fresh coffee for the coffee maker that was a nice little bonus.

Comfy Cottage

Everything you need is provided. Full coffee setup (drip maker), quality paper products, utensils, and dishware. High end appliances and family sized water heater. Our family of 5 slept very well and praised the comfortable beds and furnishings. Very clean, including pool and hot tub. Close to everything you might need or want, including urgent care. Host was flexible and allowed us to add two days on short notice. Great stay!

There is a garage but it is not able to be used so you must park outside in the driveway. The network/internet constantly goes out leaving you with no television at all, not even antennae. The owner is very accommodating and responds very quickly to all inquiries. The inside of the home is very nice and the pool and hotYub are great.

Niiiice!

After driving 2 long days to get there, pulled up to the place and wasn't sure we made the right choice. Then opened the door and new right away we did good. Enjoyed everything, the pool , hot tub, entire screened area .Near 90 and sunny everyday, cant wait to go back

Florida Christmas trip

The property was great! Very clean, had everything needed for a trip away from home. Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Property managers were always quick to respond with any questions we had. Loved this house!

Perfect location

The house is situated just outside the main hub of town giving less noise & comfortability but ease of access to everything. The biggest thing was the heating was set on a timer schedule and we were very hot over nite unless we were up to manually lower the temp. The only other things I'd recommend to the owner are small. More pool towels and add to the kitchen stock. A couple more pans would be very beneficial as would some more spices. All in all though it was everything we needed in a base to visit family.

Overall amazing stay!

We had an overall amazing stay on our vacation! It is in a quiet neighborhood, but less than a mile away from a Publix grocery store. There was a pack and play located in the master bedroom for our infant, which was very convenient, though this is the only accommodation for our child. There are basic necessities in the home, such as bathing and cooking, though the showering necessitates provided were ones we personally did not use, it was nice to have them offered. We were greeted with fresh flowers, a fully stocked coffee bar, and a beautifully decorated home. The host responded to all messages extremely quickly and was very kind to work with. We had the opportunity to invite my parents and grandparents over for our baby’s first swim, and spent one afternoon pool side and in the hot tub enjoying everyone’s company. There was even a pool floatie left for lounging! This property is also located close to a few golf courses, which we really enjoyed as well! We would definitely stay here again! Only thing I would recommend is bringing your own bathing essentials, as the ones provided are not the easiest on hair and skin.
