There is however a pool that is about to get renovated. As this common space requires upgrading, we have not included it as an amenity that is available. Inquire about the pool should this be a requirement during your stay as the renovation is planned imminently.

Although this property is in very close distance to all amenities of town, a golf cart or car rental rental is recommended. All homes with fantastic views like these are positioned on the hills of Tamarindo. Golf carts are the most fun way to explore the area!
- Quiet hours after 8:00 pm.
- No more than the registered # of guests.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
- Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night`s rate.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
- In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
