It is perfect for families or small groups. With 3 BDR's, it sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. Fully equipped it has a/c in every room, a full kitchen, cable tv, internet and washer/dryer. The complex also includes a free parking and a shared pool plus direct access to the beach.

The condominium is fully furnished and equipped for up to 8 guests. The complex is a secure gated community with free parking, a shared pool, and direct access ot the beach. The distance to the center of Tamarindo is one mile. Renting a car is a plus, especially if you want to explore a bit more of the area around.

This nice beachfront townhouse has the ideal location if you are looking to be a few steps from the beach, close to nature, within proximity to town but not quite downtown yet. This 3 BDR two-story beach condo is comfortable for families and friends. It comes fully equipped. The gated community itself feels like a cozy little neighborhood where everyone is family. You will enjoy the walks on the beach, the fauna around you and the peace of a small condo complex with free parking and security at night.

Thank you for the nice review. Villas Langosta is one of the few beachfront gated communities in Langosta and unit 1 a comfortable and cozy townhouse right in front of the beach. It is great for families and small groups with capacity for up to 8 people. Fully equipped, the unit has air conditioning in every room, living space and kitchen, laundry facilities, cable tv and internet. With a traditional style the unit is not a luxury condo but a great beach style cottage, cozy and with lots of charm.

Thank you for the 5-star review, Debbie. Villas Langosta 1 is a little townhouse right in front of the beach perfect for families or couples with 3 BDRs and 2 Bthrs. It is nicely furnished and fully equipped, and has a downstairs patio and upstairs balcony to enjoy the view and wildlife. Villas Langosta is also a great gated community, very secure, relaxing, and close to a little supermarket in Langosta. There are some restaurants nearby as well such as pizza place right across the street. Security at night, share pool, and parking are also part of the amenities and service you will find at this property.

Langosta is mmre of volcanic beach with rocks in the sand and water but a wonderful sight to enjoy walks during the day in a natural environment. You can cross the estuary and reach the other side when the tide is low. You will discover a beautiful lonely and sandy beach that you can walk on for miles until Avellanas. This is a 3 BDR cozy townhouse right on the beachfront. You will enjoy the luxurious nature around you and this is why the unit does not offer a view from the lower level but you will still hear the waves and can see the ocean from the second level. The beach gate is also a few steps from the terrace. Because of the proximity to the beach, the sea wildlife is also very present and crabs are part of it too! The unit is fully equipped with a nice kitchen, a small dining space, a large dining table, a/c in every room, Cable TV in the living room, a washer and dryer, and 3 BDR's of which one is on the lower floor and two on the second. Great for families and friends, this beach spot is also perfect for a relaxing vacation!

Its location is fantastic as there si nothing between you and the beach. You can have breakfast at the sound of the waves form the outside porch or yu can enjoy the daily sunset show from the bedroom balcony upstairs. The condo is great for families with kids or friends with nice common spaces but also 3 independent bedrooms. The condo is fully equipped with a/c in every room, cable TV and internet, a full kitchen and laundry amenities. This small gated community has a free parking and shared swimming pool. It is also located only 1 mile form the center of Tamarindo which is the town where most of the shops and restaurants are. Because you are so close to the beach and Langosta offers a lot of nature around, the wild life is part of the experience. Crabs are around and often visit the ground floors :)
