This luxe retreat is part of another rental property but with the layout, similar to a duplex, you will hardly hear other guests as there is minimal shared wall space and private entries. From time to time, you may also hear the train go through and blow the horn. White noise machines are provided if you need it!

💫Gourmet Kitchen: The heart of the home, designed for entertaining with high-end finishes, modern appliances, a large dining table (located on the balcony during warm weather months) and island with plenty of seating for 5. Fully stocked with cooking utensils and serving ware.

💫Living Room: Unwind on the plush Pottery Barn sofa, sink into the leather swivel chair, or gather around the cozy gas fireplace. French doors open onto a large deck where you can dine al fresco while taking in the beauty of Pewaukee Lake.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire rental unit, and your own garage parking! Please contact host if you need additional parking for more than two vehicles or a larger vehicle. Smart key code will be given prior to check in.

Please note that while all guests are welcome, we want to make sure to note that this is an upstairs unit so this might not be a good fit for those with different abilities or mobility challenges. Safety and comfort of our guests is top priority.

Other things to note
There is an additional short term rental at the property. The lower level outdoor space is reserved for guests of that rental.

Garage parking is available for 2 cars. If you are traveling in a larger SUV or truck, you will not be able to fit in the garage. Please park larger vehicles outside of the garage doors.

If you want any additional recommendations of activities, recreation, dining, etc. in the area, we have many local recommendations in our Welcome Book upon your arrival! Summer fun favorites include Wednesday's Live Music downtown at beach and Thursday's Water Ski Shows downtown at the beach.

This is a non-smoking residence which includes any kind of smoking (vaping, cigars, e-cigarettes, etc.). No smoking is allowed on the property including all outdoor space.

House does have a Ring doorbell with camera facing out and outdoor facing cameras over the driveway and backyard.

The home is in a residential neighborhood with neighbors nearby. Please respect everyone, and everything as if it were your own. As such, it is important to note our quiet hours of 10:00pm-8:00am and absolutely no parties are allowed.
