With 3 cozy bedrooms upstairs. Full Mt Rainier Views. Huge Hot Tub with yard lights and palm trees. Resort feel. A fully equipped kitchen, and a relaxing living room, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the serene surroundings and modern amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washer/dryer machine. Experience the magic of Kirkland. 10 minutes to the local wineries and marinas. TV's in Bedrooms. Enjoy! This place was great. Owner is super friendly, willing to help and never bothered us. Hot tub was awesome as well as the big yard for our dogs to run around.

Nobody told us the House was as close to heavy Traffic I-405. The deck and the big Garden couldn’t be used.No toaster and no boiler were available from the beginning. The owner bought them next morning.Positives were the friendliness and the help of the owner Shawn.

We had a very disappointing experience with this stay. Prior to our reservation, I reached out due to a family medical emergency (my partner’s father being hospitalized) to ask about cancellation or alternative options, but never received a response.Leading up to check-in, the host was messaging to ask what time we would arrive, which made it confusing that when we got there around 4 PM, we had no way to access the property and again received no response.After waiting and trying to reach the host, he eventually came out of the garage, which was unexpected. It was also not disclosed that someone was living in the home, and we were expecting a private stay. This made us feel uncomfortable and unable to relax or feel secure staying overnight.We ultimately decided to leave and drove home that same night. After we got home, the host messaged saying he could have left for the night to stay with family. Unfortunately, this was not communicated beforehand when it would have made a difference.Due to the lack of communication, unclear check-in process, and undisclosed shared living situation, we were unable to stay. I would strongly recommend clearer communication and full transparency in the listing for future guests.

This VRBO is a scam. We booked the entire house for Saturday night. There is NO mention in this listing that other people would be staying in the downstairs area of this home, yet we were greeted by some people who told us they were staying downstairs after they too had reserved the whole house for the weekend. Had they not been kind enough to make their presence known, I would have felt incredibly unsafe and scared. They mentioned that they had stayed in the upstairs portion the day prior to our arrival, and were told there was a “scheduling issue” and they were asked to go downstairs instead, where presumably the owner was living the night prior(?) again, no mention of ANYONE ELSE living there in the listing. Another issue was that we booked this spot primarily for the hot tub. There were NO TOWELS in the entire house, so we could not use this feature at all.Our bedsheets were disgusting and unwashed; the downstairs tenants who had stayed upstairs the night prior had dogs, and there was very visible dog hair on the sheets as well as outdoor debris from feet etc. We felt very icky and uncomfortable, and again, couldn’t even shower because there were no towels!!!!!Please please please spend your money elsewhere - this is not worth it AT ALL!

What I enjoy most about my home is sitting out in the hot tub with a Valley View when the moon is out and complete privacy. I'll play music and light up the barbecue and I'm in a world all to myself it's a truly a resort experience.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

What makes my house unique is is the largest lot in Kingsgate it's the only one with a Valley View as far as the eye can see with Mount Rainier views from the house and fully fenced yard.
