Security Camera Disclosure: We take your privacy very seriously. However, this home is monitored by exterior security cameras in the following locations:
Four (4) cameras are located at each corner of the home, two in back and two in front. Homeowner monitors these cameras for suspicious activity when alerted at night or throughout the day when unoccupied. The home is not monitored during renter’s stay.

Swimming Pool & Hot Tub Policy - Summer Breeze
Welcome to Summer Breeze! We hope you enjoy the heated pool and hot tub during your stay. The pool is open seasonally from April 1st to November 1st. It can be heated for an additional fee of $50 per day or $250 for a 7-day rental. If you would like the pool heated, please request this in advance of your stay. To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
Supervision: All children must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the pool. No lifeguard is on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children are absolutely NOT allowed in the hot tub--This is NOT a play area for children.
Pool Safety: No diving or running near the pool or hot tub areas.
No Glass: Glass containers are not permitted in the pool or hot tub areas.
Alcohol Consumption: Refrain from using the pool while under the influence of alcohol.
Cleanliness: Please shower before entering the pool and avoid bringing sand or dirt into the water. Keep the pool area clean and remove any trash.
Pool Equipment: Do not tamper with pool equipment or settings, including the filtration system or pool heater.
Damage & Extra Cleaning: The guest is responsible for any damages or extra cleaning required for the pool or hot tub and associated areas. Please note that such damages or cleaning needs will NOT be covered under the standard damage fee, and additional charges may apply.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in additional charges or restricted access to the pool.

1. No Pets Policy: Trained service animals are welcome! Otherwise, we have a strict "no pets" policy. We can help arrange lodging for your pets (as long as they are up to date on shot records which must be provided) at a local boarding facility during your stay, if you'd like; just give us a call...way in advance, as they fill up fast!
2. Septic System: The house, like 99% of all lake homes on Lake Gaston, uses a septic system. This system is a finely balanced biological system. Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper. Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
3. Boating Tips: Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves. Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boats.(make sure to bring your bumpers!).
4. Culverts & Bridges: Be sure to lower your Bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts. Appearances can be deceiving!
