BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS



This spacious split-level home features five lovely bedrooms on two floors, each designed with your comfort in mind.

The master bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed, ceiling fan, bright windows and a closet. This room has an attached bathroom with a standing shower and sliding barn door.



There are 2 more comfortable Queen bedrooms on the main floor of the home. Each room has light-blocking shades, extra blankets, and a closet for your luggage.



There is a sleek modern bathroom across the hall which features double sinks and a shower/ bathtub combination so that you can choose between a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower.



The remaining two bedrooms are downstairs in the finished basement.

The King bedroom features a large King bed, standing mirror, a bench and a closet.

The bedroom next to this one has a full-sized bunkbed. Each level on the bunkbed is a full-sized bed so there is plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable! The bunkbed room has a cozy chair and lamp as well as another closet for your belongings.

Both of these bedrooms have windows as well, so they have plenty of light.



There is a full bathroom next to these bedrooms that features another full bathtub/shower combo and is fully stocked with plush towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioner.



KITCHEN & LIVING SPACES



Experience the perfect blend of style and functionality in the spacious, updated kitchen and living areas.

When you enter the home and go upstairs, you are greeted by a spacious living room with plenty of windows. This living room features a comfortable sofa and chairs and a gorgeous mountain view. The living room also has a large, HD Roku TV ready to stream all your favorite shows. There is a sliding door to a front deck off the living room- sit on the patio chairs and enjoy a cup of coffee while you watch the sun rise.

Get out your laptop and get some work done at the desk in the living room. This desk has

a desk chair, pens & pencils, and sticky notes.



Letting even more light into the living room is the picture cut out leading into the kitchen. This cut out has a custom granite countertop and stools so you can enjoy a meal but still be in the living room.

Through the entryway into the kitchen, you will find a bright, updated kitchen fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils and everything you need to create a masterpiece. The kitchen features a stainless-steel stove, refrigerator and microwave as well as a large sink and plenty of cabinets.

The dining table in the kitchen has room for six people and is a great place to enjoy a meal with the family.



Go downstairs to the finished basement and find the second living space. This room has a large foosball table, another HD Roku TV, a small dining table and two more comfy chairs. Challenge each other to a foosball tournament or send the kids downstairs to play while the adults hang out upstairs.



This home has a large, 2 car garage that is accessible to guests through the basement. There is also a full laundry room with a new, full-sized washer and dryer, as well as detergent and dryer sheets.



OUTSIDE SPACE



Step outside and experience the ultimate in outdoor living with the large, private backyard. There’s easy access through the sliding glass door in the kitchen, and after a few steps, you’ll find yourself on the spacious back deck. This space has been recently upgraded with new patio furniture, including an outdoor dining table, and there's also a gas grill for when you're in the mood for BBQ.

A few steps down into the yard and you are in front of the large, four-person hot tub. This hot tub was recently installed and gets cleaned and sanitized after each guest. Pull up an Adirondack chair or relax in the hot tub and enjoy the lovely Rocky Mountain weather.

Guest Access:

As guests, you will have full access to the entire home, including the large garage and beautiful backyard area. There is one locked closet in the basement for owner items.

Guests are welcome to use the full laundry room off the garage.

Parking is available in the garage, driveway or street.

Please note there is absolutely NO smoking of any kind allowed inside the house.



The Neighborhood:

This is a quiet, established neighborhood. Please be respectful to our neighbors and observe quiet time at 10 pm. Please do not speed down our streets.



Getting Around:

This home is at the perfect location to get around with your own vehicle.

Otherwise, you can use Uber or Lyft or you can check out Denver's RTD trains which can bring you around the Denver area. The closest RTD stop is the Red Rocks Community College stop.



Other Things to Note:

You are in Colorado and may see some wild animals like snakes, coyotes and deer. Please keep an eye out for your surroundings and keep a distance from the wildlife for your safety.

It is illegal in Colorado to feed the wildlife- you could be fined. Please do not feed any wild animals and keep your distance.
