We do want to clarify that the home is considered ski-in/ski-out, but the experience depends on Alpine lift operations, grooming, snow conditions, and weather-related restrictions, all of which are controlled by the resort and can vary throughout the season. Access also requires using the underside of the ski way, and we understand that the route out, including the small hill, may not feel as convenient for every guest. Many guests have enjoyed and commented favorably on the ski access and the home overall, but we understand your frustration if the conditions during your stay did not match what you expected from a ski-in/ski-out property.
