We’d like to clarify a few points based on our documented communication during your stay. Our team assisted promptly with questions about the pool access and door locks on 12/26, and we were glad to hear at the time that everything was resolved. When you reported a clogged commode on 12/27, maintenance was scheduled to address it the same day. Later that morning, when you inquired about cleaning supplies and mentioned concerns about the floors, we immediately offered to have housekeeping return to re-clean them, and housekeeping did come back out to mop the floors. The following day, you let us know that you had purchased a Swiffer and that there was no need for further housekeeping assistance, and we again apologized and offered continued help if needed. We regret that cleanliness and kitchen equipment did not meet your expectations, and we have shared this feedback with our housekeeping and inventory teams for review. Regarding early check-in and late check-out, these are optional services subject to staffing and operational considerations, even when another guest is not arriving immediately after. We truly value all guest feedback, as it helps us improve, and we are sorry that your experience fell short. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention.
