We moved permanently to Kefalonia in 2023. We fell in love with Kefalonia after a friend encouraged us to visit the island. We are to young to retire and therefore we purchased 2 properties on the Island, one for us to live in and one to rent out.
We believe we have created a beautiful villa for our guest to have a perfect stay.
We have enjoyed welcoming our guest to Richmond villa and the whole experience has been very good.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We looked all over the Island for the right property but it was not easy. Four properties fell through and we had seen this villa during our search and had ruled it out as there was 1 other property that we fell in love with. But when that fell through we rushed back to the agent and thankfully this villa was still for sale. We are so pleased we did buy this villa as it is in a lovely traditional village and the people here have welcomed us. So why this area, well it is surrounded by amazing mountain views, its easy to get to, its on an elevated spot and the locals are great.

The villa is in an elevated position and can be seen from the main road as it is different to all the other properties in the area. It has lovely grounds and great views. The interior has been nearly re painted and new interiors. The villa has all you could need and its home from home.
