Guests may access the full property inside and outside, apart from a small owner`s closet, kept locked.

We live and work in Charleston-- we will not be at the premises during guest stays, but we can be reached easily and can come to the home when needed.

The property has a driveway and covered carport, which could fit 3 cars. Street-side parking in from of the home could fit another 2-3 cars.

Our neighborhood was established in the 1950`s and is culturally rich with families of all backgrounds and ethnicities. Many homes just like ours have been fully updated and renovated, with many more updating each year. The Violet House is blessed with wonderful and helpful neighbors next door and across the street, many of whom have been living here for over 25 years.

In your booking confirmation message we will send you a link to your guest portal and to the owners’ guest agreement, which is to be signed in order to receive the access details for the property. It is important that you carefully read and understand these terms before signing the agreement.

By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations outlined therein. These terms and conditions are in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. They cover important aspects such as check-in and check-out procedures, house rules, usage of amenities, liability, and other essential guidelines. Host reserves the right to require a security deposit when deemed necessary.
For reservations with more than 8 guests, an additional charge of $35 per night per guest will be added starting with the 9th guest. Monthly rent is $4000.
