Welcome to your dream getaway. This is our personal vacation retreat that we are delighted to share with you and hope that you will enjoy staying here as much as we do. Our home is nestled at the scenic base of the majestic Thumb Butte, has an inviting, inspiring, and open concept layout encompassing 2600 square feet and featuring vaulted, tongue and groove ceilings and a dining space that creates the ideal gathering area! The double sided, gas fireplace is the focal point of the living area and adds warmth and ambience during fall and winter evenings.

The space
The moment you step inside, you'll be captivated by the delightful interior that perfectly blends comfort, style and functionality. It has a warm vibe
with a cabin like feel, but at the same time, it has a charming mid-century modern look to it. As
one guest said when she walked in...
"It's like the Brady Bunch house!!"

Key Features:

*Four bedrooms -2 Kings, 1 Queen and 2 twins. There is a porta crib available too.

* Bathrooms- Ensuite master bathroom with large walk-in shower and bidet, a hallway bath
with a tub/shower combo and a 1/2 bath off of the laundry room

* Kitchen- the large kitchen, equipped with updated appliances and crowned with sparkling
granite countertops. The home has a fully stocked kitchen, complete with an oven, gas range,
microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. It has plenty of pots/pans, BBQ utensils and
stocked with your basic spices and oils.

*Open Floor Plan- if you want to be together or separate , there is a space for multiple
gatherings

*Views- enjoy the views of Thumb Butte from the outdoor patio area. . There is also a balcony
off of the master bedroom that offers incredible views. Many of our previous guests find this
area to be one of their favorites to relax in.

*Propane BBQ

*Smart TV- with streaming capability that you can log into your account with the provided WiFi.

*Other Entertainment-The home is stocked with board games, puzzles and cards to enjoy plus some outdoor games like Cornhole and Yard Yahtzee

This property has been previously listed on VRBO and with many high quality reviews. I
have recently decided to self manage and have had to create a new listing, which is why there
are not current reviews. As I stated earlier...this is our own private vacation home and I put a
lot of love into every detail of putting this vacation home together so that our family, as well as
others, can be as comfortable and as welcomed as possible. So you can imagine that I eagerly
waited on my first guest review...and was so pleased with their comments...

This property is a hidden gem in the great town of Prescott. The neighborhood was quiet and
peaceful, the house was incredible to say the least. More room and space than the pictures give
it credit for. All the comforts you could want, it made you feel like you've lived there for a long
time. Everything was easy and straight forward as far as working the TV's and kitchen
appliances, couldn't be happier with that. The host was quick to respond to any communication
and the check in/checkout process was absolutely painless. I really have nothing negative to say
about his property and if I could, I'd give it a 10+star review!! We will be back as our family
loved it so much and everything was perfect! Treat yourself and check this place out!
