Despierta ... camina hacia tu balcón privado ... disfruta de una vista despejada del océano mientras tomas un café ... trajes de baño ... cruza la calle y cava tus pies en la arena. Este apartamento de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños es un condominio NUEVO con pisos de bambú, muchas ventanas altamente renovadas y limpias. Garaje para 2 autos. Perfect beach home

The home is perfectly located steps away from beach, and short walk to pier, downtown, train station and grocery store etc. It is well stocked with everything we need for cooking. The garage is stocked with sand toys, wagon and chairs. The master bed mattress is very comfortable, a huge plus and rare! Big outdoor patio with ocean view is wonderful. Our family enjoyed our 4 night stay for the 4th July week.

The property is well maintained. There was everything we needed to enjoy our stay in the condo and at the beach. It’s walking distance to wonderful restaurants, events and shops in Oceanside. Perhaps a notebook at the place with these listing would help. The patio had a good view of the ocean but it’s not very private as guests staying next door had to cross our patio to enter their place.

Wonderful week in Oceanside

We had a nice relaxing week at the condo. It is nicely situated — a block from the beach and a short walk to the downtown area for breakfast. The deck offered wonderful evening views, while the living room was a nice area for us to gather at night for games and movies. The kitchen has lots of nice cooking options and I felt like the place offered great value.

Clean, beautiful, and cozy

You'll want to stay here even after the vacation ends! My aunt and I absolutely loved every bit of it. The patio was amazing to eat meals and just relax and have a nice chat. Only thing I can say is that we are from the south so we were a little caught off guard with no A/C but the owner had enough fans that it was not a deal. For sure would stay again. Quick walk to the beach! Plenty of dishes and silverware and cooking utensils! They even have a gas grill! Perfect get away!

Penthouse rental

Overall a nice property with quick beach access. The property had everything one needed. The master bedroom could have used an upgrade with a better mattress and a king size would have made a big difference. The other negative is the beach is really rocky and everyone who wants to boogie board is crammed in one small area. The view from the rental is awesome and access to restaurants and shops is really easy. If you decide to rent just knowing.what you want out of the beach and surrounding areas will decide if this is the right property for you. The communication was easy and the owner was easy to contact.

Girls Trip 2022

The condo was very clean, lots of towels and other linens. The patio furniture was very comfy, enjoyed mornings drinking coffee and afternoon cocktails. The patio was great, although sharing the walkway with neighbors was a little surprising. Close to the Coaster stops, and close enough to walk downtown.

Beach Week Dream

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The condo instantly made us feel at home away from home. It is such a comfortable space, with luxurious showers and a beautiful kitchen, which is stocked with everything you need. There was plenty of room for our family of 4, our 19 year old in the bedroom, and 14 year old on the pull-out couch. I loved the master bedroom's large closet, dresser, ceiling fan and TV. The outdoor space facing the ocean is the perfect place to relax and read, and even to watch the dolphins. Walking to the beach, downtown, and to the pier is totally doable from the location. There are beach chairs and towels to use, and we even made use of the gas grill. I just feel like the owners have thought of everything. I really hated to leave and seriously considered stowing away under the bed!! Just kidding. Bob returns messages promptly, and FYI, our Honda Odyssey van fit just perfectly in the garage. Our 5 days went by way too fast and I'm already dreaming of a return visit.

Perfect stay!

We had a great stay. The location can’t be best and the condo was well equipped for anything and everything we could need. We had events in downtown Oceanside thay were easily walkable and loved being so close to beach access. Highly recommend this stay!

Spring Break Trip

We had a great stay in Oceanside, the condo is 2 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed for cooking and the beach.

Wonderful vacation

Our stay could not have been more perfect! The property was set up extremely well for our arrival and there were no issues at all. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return in the future. No complaints at all!

Perfect Spot

Rented for the Oceanside 70.3 Ironman event. Perfect location that was close to the finish but also close to great restaurants, and of course, the beach! House had all the amenities that we needed and more!

Perfect location to walk everywhere

I stay at VRBO listings a couple of times a year. This is one on the cleanest rentals I have been to. The deck was large and we sat out there in the evenings enjoying the view. The kitchen was well stocked with paper towels, paper plates, spices, anything we forgot they had. They also had plenty of beach towels This location was perfect for access to the beach. restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere. I would definitely stay here again

All the Amenities

Very comfortable living space. Beautiful patio with ocean view. Incredibly well stocked kitchen and we found everything we needed. Great location for an easy walk to town. Only down point was that it was not a two car garage as stated due to a trailer and boat in the garage. We could only fit one car. Other than that…great place and stay.

Lovely well appointed condo close to the beach

We loved our stay. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Lovely linens, great kitchen facilities, comfortable outdoor furniture. Nice to have coffee outdoors watching the surfers after a morning walk along the beach. Thanks for sharing your lovely condo.

Family Vacation

Thank you Bob and Leslie for allowing us to rent your beautiful property. The view is spectacular and literally across the street from the beach. Some reviews said that the pier is a mile and a half away, it was a short 15 minute walk. Not far at all! Restaurants & shops nearby. A couple issues that Leslie worked to rectify. Much appreciated. Need to update the pics but overall, an excellent property!

Scenic oceanviews - sunrise and sunset!

We enjoyed our visit tremendously! Comfy condo setting, super clean and with all the amenities. Easily walkable distance to many downtown restaurants, shops and most important - especially easy access to beach within one block. Wonderful to have a garage and eliminate concerns with street parking.
