The Retreat at Lake Sconti offers gorgeous views of Lake Sconti, the Covered Bridge and the award winning Big Canoe Creek 9 Golf Course. From the living room, dining area, kitchen, and relaxation porch, the views are breathtaking!

The open plan living space starts with a cozy living room which boasts a decorative stacked stone fireplace and flat screen TV, perfect for watching the game or relaxing. The dining table seats 4 in style. The updated kitchen is well equipped to make a meal or a cup of coffee. The covered outdoor sitting porch adjacent to the kitchen offers more stunning views. The primary bedroom (king) has an attached updated bathroom. The second bedroom (queen) shares the updated hall bath.

Peaceful getaway with family to reconnect

Loved this cozy condo but feelsLike a cabin. Great location, great set up for family of 4 or even 5 could work well. Comfy beds, clean linens, plenty of towels/wash clothes, everything needed in the kitchen area. The location is ideal, walking distance to the rock slide, pool and a small beach area for fishing in evening with kiddos. Loved this vacation and was so very peaceful.

Weekend Getaway

We had a relaxing couple days in Big Canoe. Hiking was good and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere. Condo meet our needs with nice porch overlooking the lake and golf course.

Perfect spot

We were at Big Canoe visiting friends. This condo was a perfect location overlooking golf and close to the clubhouse. It had beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Cozy condo in the trees overlooking lake & green

The property was beautifully decorated and had a lovely view of Lake Sconti, golf green and covered bridge. It felt like we were in a private treehouse with a cozy atmosphere inside. There is delicious food at the Big Canoe Clubhouse, and at nearby restaurants. We enjoyed the Lucky Hare and the Old Mulehouse in Jasper. We'd recommend this property to anyone!

Beautiful condo, great views and super easy check-in

Condo was beautiful, clean and had fantastic views. Is located in Big Canoe resort which is so nice to have hiking, activities and restaurant so close. And the self-serve check-in was just perfect. I was able to get there, get in and find/use everything i needed myself without assistance. So efficient!

Wonderful stay

The stay was awesome. The area was safe, close to the clubhouse, and the swim club. There were lots of trails, golf, fishing, and other activities. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a wonderful view. There were a few palmetto bugs when we arrived but we removed those and we did not see anymore. That was just because of all the wonderful trees outside. There were lots of towels, some spices, cookware, and dishes provided. The owners contacted me to make sure all was well. I would definitely stay here again.

Remodeled condo with mountain feel

We did not spend much time in the unit or community as this was our 3rd visit to Big Canoe & we came up with purposes other than relaxing. Condo was clean. The kitchen had just the right amount of supplies we needed to make breakfast each morning. Shower in master bath was clean and refreshing! The condo overlooked the 1st & 2nd hole of the Creek course. Both beds were comfortable! Only downside is the condo has a musty smell and holds the humidity. Thank you for sharing your home!

Our mountain getaway

We have wanted to visit Big Canoe for a long time and are so happy we were fortunate to stay in this lovely condo. It is convenient to both gates and the amenities as well as having an awesome view of Lake Sconti, the golf course and the mountains. The bonus was a sweet covered bridge. The owner has done an awesome job of making this a cozy home with a very comfortable bed. Everything you might need is there. We will definitely go back again. Unlike a lot of vacation homes you might go to, the people you meet are very friendly and welcoming. Most of them are now full time residents who came to visit and stayed. We could possibly become some of those. And a special thanks to the property Manger, Deborah for all her help. This was our first time to book a VRBO. Everyone who helped us with understanding the process was so patient and helpful. Mary was sweet enough to call to make sure we were able to check in successfully. Thank you to everyone who helped us have this lovely time of rest and relaxation. Hopefully we'll be back soon.
